Your Dog’s Home Away From Home
Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover with a special soft spot for small dogs under 15 pounds. There’s just something about them that melts my heart even when they’re fully grown, they still have that adorable puppy look that I can’t resist. Although I never had a dog of my own growing up because my parents didn’t allow pets, I’ve always loved being around dogs. Some of my favorite childhood memories are of spending time with my grandmother’s dog and helping care for him. Over the past few years, I’ve had the pleasure of dog sitting for family and friends, including Havanese, Labradoodles, Dachshunds, and Cavapoos. Since buying my home, I’ve regularly hosted my cousin’s dog, Cody, who has become one of my favorite little companions. When dogs stay with me, they are treated like family—with plenty of attention, affection, playtime, and cuddles. If they’re used to being close to their humans, they’ll feel right at home here. I genuinely enjoy having dogs around and love the happiness they bring into a home. While I may not have a dog of my own, I have plenty of love to share with every pup that stays with me, and I look forward to caring for yours as if they were part of my family.

Simran took care of my dog Cody on multiple occasions (pre-Rover) and did such a wonderful job. So glad he finally decided to create a Rover account. The best indication of how well he cares for dogs is how excited Cody gets when we drop him off. He clearly feels comfortable, happy, and well cared for in his home. He's reliable, communicative, and genuinely loves dogs. He will also send you pictures while you're on your trip if you're interested! We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy dog sitter. We're very grateful Cody is in good hands while we're away on trips. :)

Schedule
I’m fortunate to have a flexible work schedule and only need to be in the office two days a week. Most of the time, I work remotely from home, which allows me to spend the day with the dogs in my care from morning until evening. Whether it’s companionship, potty breaks, playtime, or simply having someone nearby, dogs are rarely left alone for extended periods. I also work in the tech industry, which gives me additional flexibility throughout the day when needed. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, and both my gym and racquetball courts are within walking distance of my home. Because of that, I’m never far away and can easily return home to check on, walk, or spend time with a dog whenever needed. My goal is to provide a comfortable, supervised, and loving environment where dogs feel safe, relaxed, and right at home.

Safety, trust & environment
The most important thing I offer is genuine love and care for every dog that stays with me. I have always had a special connection with dogs, especially small breeds, and I truly enjoy spending time with them, getting to know their personalities, and making them feel safe and comfortable. Safety is also a top priority in my home. I have a fully gated side yard where dogs can safely go outside for potty breaks and fresh air while remaining within a secure area. Dogs are never left to roam unsupervised outside and always have easy access back into the house. As for the environment, I live with my brother, who is also a dog lover and enjoys having dogs around. My parents spend part of the year with us as well, and they are incredibly caring with dogs. My mom, in particular, loves giving them extra attention and is often happy to take them on leash walks or spend quality time with them when they’re visiting. Overall, dogs staying with us are welcomed into a calm, loving, family-oriented home where they receive plenty of attention, affection, and supervision. My goal is for every dog to feel comfortable, cared for, and treated like part of the family during their stay.
