Simona did a great job of taking care of Shantey! She could step in on short notice, she updated me with pictures and was very fast in every situation.

Simona was absolutely wonderful with Norman. From the beginning, she was warm, attentive, reliable, and clearly has a genuine love for animals. She took the time to understand Norman’s personality and routine and made sure he felt comfortable and well cared for. She kept me updated throughout, which gave me complete peace of mind knowing Norman was happy and in great hands. It was clear from the updates that he felt relaxed and comfortable with her and was getting plenty of attention and affection. Simona is kind, responsible, and trustworthy, and I’m very grateful for the care she gave Norman. I wouldn’t hesitate to leave him with her again and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and dependable pet sitter.

Simona was absolutely amazing with Carlo, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience 💕 Carlo is still a young puppy, so it was really important to me to find someone patient, caring and attentive, and from the very beginning, Simona made me feel completely comfortable. We did a meet and greet beforehand, which was such a great idea, and both Simona and her boyfriend were incredibly sweet with him. When I picked Carlo up, it was so clear that he had felt safe, relaxed and well cared for. He seemed completely comfortable with them, which meant so much to me. They really understood his needs as a puppy and gave him the right balance of attention, playtime, walks, cuddles and rest. Communication was also lovely throughout, and I felt completely at ease leaving him in their care. I will 100% be booking with Simona again and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for someone kind, reliable and genuinely caring to look after their dog. Simona was so great with our shepdog, Snoopy who stayed with her over the night. He easily gets alert, but he obvisously felt safe and comfortable with Simona, he has been relaxed and calm sine I’ve picked him up. And it was so great that she kept us in the loop with updates and picture during the weekend.

I can give Simona my best recommendations! My dog stayed with her and her partner Marcus for almost a week and I felt like my little lump of gold was in the very best hands. She has problems with her back and can get anxious, so it was a bit of a task, but I felt completely safe with Simona taking care of her. Communication was great, I got pictures and the instructions I gave was followed in the best way. I would definitely book Simona again another time 💖
