I am a semi retired teacher, with a family who work at home and have flexible diaries. My wife Helen, is a co carer and will also have some doggy carer responsibilities. We take `Dexter out for a 30+ minute at least twice a day, some days his walks are much longer and we walk up to the national trust park nearby and along the canals/golf courses

Information Simon S. would like to know about your pet
Any issues about your dog? Can they get up and down stairs well? Are they fit enough to walk from 30 mins plus, or do they prefer garden? Do they like ball games?
A typical day
Our day starts nice and early with Dexter usually having his breakfast at 7 -7.30 am. We then walk Dexter for at least an 30-40 mins, before our day starts. Dexter will usually spend time with whoever is on the living space floor, or close to the action. I work usually 1.5 days a week, sometimes away from home, but often from home. My partner is always WFH. Dexter usually chills in the day, unlimited access to garden. And we walk him again in the late afternoon/evening for another decent walk.

Amazing home and location for your most loved dog.
Pet care experience
We have a beautiful big garden and also live on a large green. Hawk green is also a lovely place to walk dogs with canals and the peaks on our doorstep. I am semi retired and very active, my wife and eldest son work from home.
Reviews
Simon and his family really did care for Ebony that matched her experience at home. This meant a lot to us as it was the first time we have ever used a sitter. We had daily updates and it was clear Ebony not only had a wonderful time but was welcomed with such love and care. We can’t recommend Simon unreservedly!

Simon and his wife Helen looked after our young re homed dog. She is insecure and needs a lot of support. We were delighted to find a boarder who we felt our dog would be comfortable and safe with. Tally settled well and we got regular pupdates which was great for our peace of mind I would certainly recommend Simon and would be very happy to rebook with them in future.

Simon and his lovely family looked after our 8yr old Viszla Max for 10 days whilst we had our first holiday without him! They were so lovely with him and let him adjust in his own way! We had updates every day on how he was getting on and went on daily walks in the surrounding area.. I can’t recommend Simon enough, the communication from start to finish was excellent and allowed us to go on holiday without worrying! Thank you all so much 😊

Communication was excellent from beginning to end, with pictures sent regularly whilst we were away. Millie was well looked after and got plenty of walks. 100% recommend! Thank you so much for taking good care of Millie!
