Before the walk, it will be helpful to know if your pet has any special needs or requirements and if you have any specific walking instructions for your pet. I will also need to know whether your pet is friendly towards other animals, or if your pet has ever shown any aggression to other dogs or people, and whether it has any specific medical conditions and dietary restrictions.
A typical day
I like to check-in with each pet at the start of the walk to evaluate their energy level and temperament for that day. A typical walk includes at least 30 to 60 minutes of walking along your pet's preferential route and or play at your local dog run - if you allow it.

I am a life-long animal lover and an experienced walker and sitter for dogs. I also am great with cat care. I have over 25 years of pet care experience and provide catered attention for each pet I sit whether in your home or mine. I can provide references beyond my Rover testimonials, as I am still relatively new to the app. I have worked in pet care privately for several years.

We are very lucky to have found Simon a thoroughly lovely man with a real affinity for dogs. His place in Saugerties has a great area for the dogs to run around safely and he did a great job looking after our boy for a week. We will definitely be booking him again.
