Experienced dog lover available!!
I've had dogs since I was about 10, with a variety of breeds including a bearded collie, retrievers, a cross-bred rescue and my all time favourites, labradors. I enjoyed helping my parents train guide dogs too, and have used those skills many times over the years, helping train friend’s dogs when there was a need. I've also got plenty of experience looking after other people's dogs, as friends have often asked me to either babysit, drop in or fully take in their dogs when they've been away, something I've always been very happy to do, the latest being a fun mix with a shitshu with attitude and his very laid back buddy, an Alsatian😄 I don't have dogs of my own at the moment, however I would love to help other dogs if needed and is something I really enjoy doing, sometimes along with my partner. We are both very outdoorsy and love a dog walk, in all weathers!

This was the first time Simon had looked after our Milo and we were immediately reassured by him and all of his doggie sitting experience. Milo warmed to him immediately and we were able to leave him without any worries or concerns. It was nice to get some feedback and happy Milo photos whilst we were out. It was clear on our return that Milo had enjoyed his time with Simon and we will have no hesitation in booking him again!
I cannot recommend Simon enough. Professional, friendly and approachable & knows dogs! He was very understanding and flexible around our situation that was happening at the time. Nina was very content with his company and walking capabilities! I whole heartedly endorse Simon to anyone looking for care for their four legged companions!
Simon is a fantastic sitter, he always goes the extra mile to make sure my dogs are well looked after and have a great time, couldn’t ask for better!
Gryff had a wonderful time with Simon. We got lots of photos of him out and about on lovely walks over the weekend, and he clearly developed a lovely bond with Simon and his partner. And the cat! I highly recommend Simon to look after your dog.
Simon was fantastic. Super communicative and made us feel very comfortable leaving our dog with him for a walk.

I'm available to help with any services for dogs at weekends (Fri evenings through to Sunday evenings) as I work full time in the week.

Safety, trust & environment
We live in a house which has a large enclosed garden, and at all times, the utmost care is obviously given, with all rules and requests strictly adhered to. Photos will happily be provided, and I aim to please! As far as I'm concerned, anything else is unacceptable, as it's how I'd want my pets looked after.
Pets
A typical day
I've got some great places to walk near me, big open spaces and fields, where dogs can go chasing balls or just having fun running around with me. And lots of little pathways where dogs can go sniffing to their hearts content, providing that all important mental stimulation! I'm conscious of other dogs though and can allow a dog to be sociable with others, under supervision, or I can ensure they are more carefully controlled if need be. It's whatever is advised by you, the owner, and what is best for each dog. But either way, after a good walk and some fun, there's nothing better than a nice cuddle up and knowing they are content, happy and tired!
