Resident Pet Visits We provide daily care for resident pets, including cats, small mammals, birds, reptiles, fish and invertebrates. (No dog care offered.) What’s included: Feeding & fresh water — ensuring all pets have fresh food and clean water. Litter tray or enclosure cleaning — maintaining clean, hygienic living spaces. Medication administration — tablets, liquids or topical treatments as instructed. Enrichment & interaction — play, stimulation or calm company depending on the pet (15-20 minutes per visit) Letting cats or chickens in/out — following normal household routines. Egg collection — gathering eggs during visits. Daily photo and message updates — clear communication and peace of mind. Pricing: single visit starting from £15 two daily visits starting from £25 Plant Care Indoor plant care — watering based on plant needs, checking soil moisture, rotating for light, removing dead leaves, wiping foliage and monitoring for pests. Outdoor plant care — watering patio pots, hanging baskets, raised beds and small garden areas; deadheading and checking for weather‑related issues. Pricing: indoor starting from £10 outdoor starting from £15 Welcome‑Home Add‑Ons Welcome‑home grocery drop — basic essentials (milk, bread, eggs, fruit) or a custom list placed in the fridge ready for your return. Home reset service — airing the house, replacing bedding and tidying surfaces so the home feels fresh on arrival. Pricing: grocery drop £10 plus costs home reset service £20 per hour, 2‑hour minimum booking FREE Home‑Care Essentials These services can be added to any pet visit free of charge if required. Mail collection — collecting letters, parcels and leaflets, placing them safely indoors and preventing visible build‑up. Quick home check — checking windows, doors, leaks, unusual smells or anything out of place. Kitchen Cleaning Deep fridge clean — emptying the fridge, washing shelves and drawers, discarding expired food and reorganising remaining items neatly. Cupboard tidy — checking for expired items, wiping shelves and organising food into clear, accessible groups.
