Longtime dog sitter, now on Rover
I’ve cared for dogs across a good range of sizes and breeds — small dogs growing up, then medium and large breeds of my own as an adult, plus years of sitting for friends’ dogs along the way. That’s what made me the sitter my friends called first, and it’s the same care I bring to every walk and drop-in now. I’m especially comfortable with senior dogs, moving at their pace, but love dogs of all ages :)

Safety, trust & environment
Since I offer walks and drop-in visits rather than boarding, all care happens at your home and in your neighborhood. During a visit, I check in on your dog, refresh water if needed, and keep them leashed and secure for the walk or bathroom break. Before I leave, I double-check that doors and gates are locked exactly as I found them. I also follow your instructions closely — whether it’s a specific routine, feeding schedule, or how to handle your dog in certain situations — so both you and your dog feel safe and comfortable with me in your home.

Simen in an animal lover with a very pleasant and calming demeanour. He has cared for many of my family and friends animals and it's apparent how much he cares about them with the effort he puts in, whether it's frequent walks, special treats or lots of play/cuddle time. He is one of our dogs favourite humans and she is always over-the-moon to see him! I would trust Simen with my animals any day, highly recommend!
Simen has a caring and gentle way with dogs. He has taken care of my pupper and I can see her joy in the way she greets him. I have also seen the trust others have in Simen to take care of their pets. He is the go-to care giver for his friend’s four-legged family members!

I currently work part time, which gives me a lot of flexibility during the week. That flexibility means I can build pet care around your dog's schedule rather than squeezing visits into a rigid routine, so you get consistent, reliable timing for whatever service you book.

- Let me know about any special needs, quirks, or routines your dog has — feeding times, medication, leash reactivity, anything that helps me get it right from day one. I’ve got dogs of my own and have dog-sat for friends’ medium-sized dogs many times, so I’m comfortable with different personalities and energy levels, from laid-back to leash-pullers who need a bit more structure.
