I do work full time but my shift is from 8am-4:30pm. I work close so that I can come home and take them potty or give them lunch. I do not have pets myself so they will have all of my attention and full run of the apartment when I am not there. My apartment is 700+ square feet so there is lots of room as well. I am off weekends so they will have my full attention then as well.

I don't have a yard but there is a park very close by that is great for good walks. There are plenty of green spaces in my apartment complex for walks and potty breaks. I have no pets of my own as well so there won't be issues with space or neglect. I am a quiet homebody so if I'm not working I will be at home with your pet.

I do have fairly steep stairs to get into my apartment, I am on the second floor. So it’s important to make sure your dog can get up and down those stairs before hand. I am a low energy person as well and do really well with low energy dogs.
A typical day
I wake at 6:30 and have time for some morning cuddles and a walk before heading into work. I’m back at 4:30pm and am in for the night.

Pet care experience
I've loved and cared for pets my entire life. I grew up with labs, and spent my 20s caring for my roommates and I's dog who was a mix from a shelter. I now live alone and miss having a furry friend to love on. Independent of this app, I have cared for elderly dogs and puppies alike. I can provide references from previous pet owners I have watched for both from and outside of Rover. I am an introvert so when I am not at work I am always home. Lazy dogs are my favorite so we can just cuddle up together. I am not great with high energy dogs as I don’t have high energy myself. I always have weekends off and I have a park less than 1 minute away for some good walks.

Silvana is awesome. My dog can be very timid with strangers, but he warmed up to her quickly and he was in such a good mood when I picked him up. I don’t think he wanted to leave!
Our dog is slow to warm up to new people but did great with her. She was so kind and sweet with our fur baby and kept me constantly updated with pictures and updates! We felt so calm knowing he was in good hands. Thanks you for taking such good care of our little guy!
