I’ve looked after all types of pets, mostly dogs and cats for family and friends whilst they’ve been away on holiday or needing someone to pop round and keep their furry friend company. I’ve cared for pets in a variety of different circumstances from having dogs stay long-ish term at home with me whilst a family member was moving, to looking after a a very young kitten, home visits for feeding and walking and general check ins whilst their human is at work for long hours. I love getting to spend time with animals and making sure they’re getting plenty of fuss and care

Safety, trust & environment
When house sitting, you can ensure both your home and pet will be carefully and thoughtfully looked after. I’ve had plenty of experience of looking after pets at their home and creating a source of comfort whilst pet-parents are away! I ensure walks are fun and safe, initially with a lead or harness on while pup and me are building rapport, but then happy for them to go off lead if pup is trained to walk safely (and with owners consent/instruction of course)

Silvana was absolutely wonderful with Chico. She took such great care of him, taking him out for his pees, giving him snacks, and keeping him happy and relaxed. I really appreciated how she kept me updated and sent photos throughout; it gave me total peace of mind. She has a naturally calm, genuine presence, and Chico clearly felt comfortable with her. I wouldn’t hesitate to trust her with him again.
Silvana has been a wonderful support for us over the years when we have needed to leave our beloved kitties during time away. Silvana is incredibly professional, naturally great with animals, compassionately understand’s our cat’s needs and has brilliant communication skills. I cannot recommend Silvana’s pet caregiving skills enough, we feel incredibly grateful to have had Silvana’s support over the years.
Whenever my partner and I go away we always trust the care of our precious cat Nene with Silva. They always make the extra effort of spending time with Nene and giving her love and attention, as well as doing the standard cleaning up of litter and feeding. We know that Nene loves them because they are always happy and excited to see Silva when they come over. Silva keeps us up to date with Nene and how she is doing so we never have to worry. We know that with Silva, Nene is always in great hands. I couldn’t recommend them enough and can always rely on them :)
Silva looked after my dog (Bela) whilst I was in Turkey. Bela is an anxious dog but Silva put her at ease. By the time I got back from Turkey Bela was devastated to say goodbye. My house and my dog always felt very safe in Silva’s hands. I would highly recommend Silva as a pet sitter!

I work part-time and so am able to currently take on pet care hours around my work. My availability is pretty flexible and so am happy to accommodate most bookings.
