I currently have a flexible schedule, which allows me to dedicate reliable time and attention to pet care throughout the week. I’m available for daytime walks, drop-in visits, feedings, and check-ins, including weekdays and many weekends. Because I’m based in Downtown Miami, I’m also able to accommodate nearby neighborhoods like Brickell and Edgewater fairly easily. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals, so pet care naturally fits into my routine and I’m happy to provide pets with companionship, attention, exercise, and consistency while their owners are away or busy.

When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always do my best to maintain their normal routine so they feel comfortable, safe, and relaxed in their familiar environment. I understand that every pet has different personalities, energy levels, and needs, so I approach each one with patience, attentiveness, and care. For dog walks and drop-in visits, I make sure pets have fresh water, attention, exercise, potty breaks, and companionship while also following any instructions provided by the owner closely. I’m especially mindful about safety during walks, including secure leash handling, avoiding unsafe situations, and making sure pets are comfortable in Miami’s heat. For cats, I can assist with feedings, fresh water, litter box maintenance, playtime, and check-ins while owners are away. I also believe communication is very important, so I provide regular updates and photos to help owners feel reassured that their pets are happy and well cared for.

Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover based in Downtown Miami and caring for animals has always come naturally to me. I had my own Maltese/Shih Tzu mix for 14 years, so I understand firsthand just how deeply pets become family. Because of that, I also know how difficult it can feel to trust someone else with your furry baby — I was always extremely picky myself when it came to who cared for my dog. That’s why I approach every dog with patience, love, attentiveness, and genuine care. Whether it’s a walk, drop-in visit, or simply keeping your pup company while you’re away, I want both you and your dog to feel comfortable, safe, and cared for. I also have experience helping neighbors and friends with dog sitting and walks over the years, and I’m especially comfortable with small dogs, senior dogs, and dogs that may need a gentler or more attentive approach. While we were away, Sigrid took exceptional care of our dog. When our pet was nog feeling well, she caught it and promptly informed us and she took her to the vet. She provided updates, pictures and was always reachable. I find her a very caring, reliable and thrustworthy dog care person and I will certainly use her again.
Siggy is an amazing sitter! She was very attentive to my pet, kept everything tidy and clean, followed all my instructions perfectly, and texted me with daily pictures and updates while I was away. I always feel very comfortable leaving out of town knowing she’s watching over my most prized possessions. She is the sweetest! I would definitely recommend her!
Absolutely the best dog walker I could ask for, for my 8yr old Shih Tzu. She is incredibly compassionate, caring, and truly has a loving nature with dogs. From the very beginning, I could tell how much she genuinely cares about animals and treats them like her own. My dog is always excited to see her and comes back happy, calm, and well cared for.
