I’ve been caring for animals for over 10 years, with experience caring for cats, dogs, bearded dragons, turtles, rabbits, and other small pets. My love for animals eventually led me to work professionally in the pet-care field, starting at a grooming salon in Brentwood, Maryland. I’ve also worked in a veterinary clinic as a Veterinary Technician Assistant, where I gained hands-on experience caring for animals, recognizing changes in their behavior and health, assisting with treatments, and making sure pets feel safe and comfortable. As a lifelong pet owner myself, I understand that every animal has their own personality, routine, and needs. I treat every pet in my care like they’re my own and always prioritize their safety, comfort, and happiness. ❤️🐾

Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, feeding schedule, medications, and any special instructions before providing care. When caring for pets in their home, I treat their space with the same respect I would my own. I make sure doors and gates are securely closed, pets are supervised appropriately, and their food, water, medications, and belongings are kept safe and organized. With my veterinary clinic experience, I’m comfortable recognizing changes in behavior or signs that something may not be right and will communicate with you promptly if I have any concerns. I also understand how important it is for pets to feel comfortable with someone new, so I never rush the process and allow them to warm up to me at their own pace.

Sierra would make a great pet care giver because she loves animals, has 2 spoiled cats herself, used to be a caregiver for humans and is now a vet tech at an animal hospital. She has all the expertise to take care or your pets and even knows what to do in emergencies.
Wow . What can I say? Ms. sierra was a great sitter. She always updated me with photos and videos of my dog. She never hesitated if she needed to ask any important questions. My dogs love her sooooo much. I would definitely recommend her. Also, she keeps things tidy.
Sierra did a wonderful job with my pup! Super patient, reliable and has a very strong love for animals! Kept me informed about everything while she watched my dog by sending pics and being very prompt with response time! Will DEFINITELY be using her again as her and my puppy developed a new friendship.

I work full-time, but I’m available for weekend pet care and services before or after work depending on my schedule. I’m happy to communicate about your pet’s routine and find a schedule that works for both of us.
