Wonderful Pet Caregiver
Growing up with two dogs and two cats, I developed a lifelong love for animals and a passion for caring for them. Over the years, I’ve gained extensive experience walking and caring for dogs of all sizes and temperaments, and I’ve never met one that didn’t warm up to me. In addition to personal pet care, I have fostered dogs and cats, where I ensured they both received the exercise, attention, and care they needed to stay healthy and happy. For the past six years on Rover, I’ve had the privilege of caring for a wide variety of pets, and I’ve learned that every animal is unique, it’s important to take the time to understand their individual needs and personalities. I pride myself on being reliable, organized, and an excellent communicator. I’ve never missed a booking, and I make it a priority to keep owners updated through detailed Rover cards, so you always know how your pet is doing. My flexible schedule allows me to accommodate walks or visits at the time that works best for you. Most importantly, I’m committed to making sure your pet feels safe, happy, and loved while in my care. I’m excited to meet both you and your pet, and I look forward to building a bond with them!

Sierra did a great job of taking care of our Dog and Cat while we were away for the weekend. She was able to accommodate their care around her school schedule and made sure our dog got plenty of walks. Both animals were very comfortable with her and even our cat who usually takes a while to warm up took to Sierra straight away. She sent lots of updates and was very communicative. I would love to use Sierra for future pet care needs!
Sierra was great with my pups and sent lots of pics so I would know they are doing well. They got multiple walks per day which they love. In full transparency, she was pretty late getting to the house one morning but was very apologetic and the dogs were fine (I have a dog cam so I can check on them). I figured I’d give her some grace because who among us has not slept through an alarm! I will definitely use her again.
Sierra was wonderful! She was super communicative and tentative and sent many photos during our time away. She also offered to water our vegetable garden, and she kept our home very tidy. I’d 100% hire her again to watch our cat and pup.
Sierra was very sweet and sent photos of my 2 pups every day to let me know how they were doing. She was patient and I would definitely recommend her to anyone that needs a pet sitter 😊

Schedule
I am currently a junior at Virginia Commonwealth University and have plenty of free time to dedicate to caring for animals and making sure they receive the attention they need. Alongside my studies, I work part-time as a Housing Office Assistant, but spending time with pets is always the highlight of my week. I currently live in a house with three fellow students, and we share a fenced-in backyard as well as a gated front porch—both of which provide safe spaces for pets to enjoy fresh air and playtime. My home is welcoming, and I make sure that any pet in my care feels comfortable and secure, whether we’re indoors relaxing or outside getting exercise.

I take pride in being respectful and responsible in every home I visit. I always make sure to clean up after myself and any pets in my care, maintaining a positive, safe, and clean environment for both pets and their owners. Clear communication is also a priority for me, I believe keeping owners updated and informed is the best way to ensure your pet receives the highest level of care possible and the best service possible for owners
A typical day
I love engaging in activities and adventures that keep pets both happy and healthy. Whether it’s going for a walk, playing a favorite game, or simply enjoying some calm downtime together, I believe exercise and positive stimulation are essential for a pet’s well-being and are always a priority of mine. Just as important is giving each animal the attention they deserve and taking the time to truly connect with them, since every pet has their own personality and unique way of showing affection. I also understand that each pet and owner may have specific routines, preferences, or comfort levels, and I’m more than happy to adapt to whatever works best for both. My goal is always to ensure that your pet feels safe, loved, and cared for in a way that aligns with what makes you and your furry companion the most comfortable.
