As an SSU student, I have a structured schedule during the week, which helps me stay organized and manage my time well. I attend classes Monday through Thursday, but my Fridays and weekends are completely free making those days perfect for pet sitting, walks, or drop in visits. Even on class days, I have flexible pockets of time in the mornings, afternoons, or evenings, depending on the schedule, which allows me to care for pets consistently and reliably. Pet care is something I truly enjoy, so I make it a priority in my routine.

In a client’s home, I’m respectful of their space and keep things clean and organized. I make sure pets feel calm and secure by giving them lots of attention, regular walks or playtime, and sticking to their normal routine to reduce stress while their owner is away. If I'm caring for pets in my own home, I pet-proof the space and make sure they have a cozy area to relax in. I keep a close eye on their behavior, make sure they’re eating and drinking well, and provide lots of love and enrichment.

Sierra was awesome! I had a puppy and a kitten and she made sure to give my puppy a walk. The puppy found a way to escape when left alone and she was able to handle it. Are animals were loved and taken care of!
