I’m a great fit for you and your pup if you’re looking for: 🏡 A home-away-from-home with high standards of care 🧼 A clean, sanitized, and fresh-smelling environment (daily cleaning includes clean bowls, bedding, vacuuming/mopping, and paw/face wipes) ❤️ A crate-free daytime experience where your pup is loved and engaged—not confined 😇 A calm, stress-free space for pups who prefer quiet and peaceful surroundings 🥰 A sitter who genuinely adores dogs and goes above and beyond to make them feel safe and happy 🚫 A provider with strict policies on vaccines, flea/tick prevention, and a zero-tolerance policy for aggression 🔔 𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗧 𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗘𝗦 1️⃣ Booking Info: Please ensure your Rover profile includes accurate info about each of your pets (age, breed, temperament, etc.). Click “Contact Sitter” to message me before booking. A booking is only confirmed once payment is submitted. I cannot guarantee availability for last-minute requests once my schedule is full. 2️⃣ Drop-Off & Pick-Up Hours: Boarding and daycare hours are 6 AM – 5 PM (7 days a week). Pets picked up after 11 AM will incur an additional daycare fee. Note: Holiday stays, extended stays, and last-minute bookings may include added fees. 3️⃣ Aggression Policy: All breeds and sizes are welcome, but I have a zero-tolerance policy for aggression. If your pet shows aggressive behavior toward me or other dogs, you (or your emergency contact) will need to pick them up promptly. 4️⃣ What to Bring: Please provide all essentials for your pet’s stay: Food (enough for the entire stay) Food and water bowls Well-fitted collar/harness and leash (for walks) Crate (required for both boarding and daycare nap time) Medications (if applicable) Any special items your dog may need 5️⃣ Health Requirements: All pets must be up to date on vaccinations, flea/tick prevention, and heartworm prevention. 🐾 If your pet is sick or showing symptoms on the day of drop-off, please notify me. I cannot accept sick pets to protect the health of all animals in my care. 6️⃣ Meet & Greet: I highly recommend scheduling a Meet & Greet before booking. This gives your pup time to get familiar with me and my home, which helps create a more comfortable experience. If a Meet & Greet isn’t possible due to travel/work plans, please provide detailed info about your dog’s needs and personality to ensure a great fit. 7️⃣ Home Damage Policy: If your pet causes damage to my home (e.g., chewing, scratching, furniture/floor damage), you will be responsible for repair costs. While this is rare, please let me know in advance if your dog has separation anxiety or behavior concerns—so we can work together to find the best solutions (like calming vests or vet-prescribed meds). 8️⃣ Clean Drop-Off Policy: To help maintain a fresh-smelling and sanitary space for all pets, I kindly ask that your dog be bathed prior to drop-off. 🏠 𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗛𝗢𝗠𝗘 𝗘𝗡𝗩𝗜𝗥𝗢𝗡𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 🌳 We have a fully fenced backyard for supervised playtime. Your pup can enjoy safe, leash-free outdoor fun. 🐕 Daily walks are offered upon request (on leash only). 🛏 All dogs must have a crate for naptime and overnight stays. ⏰ 𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗦 𝗢𝗙 𝗢𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 Boarding & Daycare: Monday–Sunday | 6 AM – 5 PM Late pickups and last-minute bookings will include additional fees.
