My own routine is quite consistent so you can be comforted knowing that I will be up early ready to feed your pet and always home to give them an early dinner. I enjoy spending a lot of quality time with them. Whether they thrive with a lot of play time or just need someone available to give them affection, my attention is always there.

A typical day
I love to feed off the energy of your pet or give them encouragement when needed. If they are affectionate and calm we can spend the day relaxing together. If they have a little energy or need to be encouraged to have some, I have endless options for fun and stimulation that I learned with my pets over the years.

Pet care experience
If you’re in need of a loving, safe and playful companion for your pet for a few days or weeks, I would be thrilled to fill the spot. I was the proudest mom to 2 cats for 18 years. I am very comfortable with senior care and special care as both had various health issues later in life or allergies requiring special diets, twice daily medication administrations, and in general an extra amount of care and affection. I have been trusted to care for many cats and kittens over the years for fostering purposes, rescue purposes and pet sitting purposes. I have cared for dogs on a pet sitting basis for many friends, so I am happy to come by for a drop in visit. I also care for a wonderful parakeet I rescued in my backyard.

Sierra was able to accommodate my request last minute and save the day. She was only needed for a short stay, but she made my cat Aria feel right at home after a traumatic event (flying across country in the cabin) and Aria was relaxed in no time. I’d definitely use Sierra again as a future sitter!
Sierra was the best step mommy to our baby for 8 days. First time we used the service, and we chose her because she only takes one animal at a time. She was very pleasant, and I knew our fur baby was in good hands from the minute I met Sierra. Very accommodating and great with communication. Our fur baby will be going to Camp Sierra many more times for sure. A+++++++++
We left our 3m old kitten with Sierra for the weekend & had the best experience. Our kitten is definitely super hyper & requires medicine 4x a day, but Sierra went above and beyond to provide a comfortable experience for both the kitten and myself. She sent constant updates with photos and I felt very safe leaving my furbaby with her. Will most definitely book again, 100000000% recommend Sierra!!
One of the first things that I discovered about Sierra when I first met her, was her love for animals. She grew up taking care of two cats, Leo and Oreo, who are now 16 years old. Every morning, the kitties stand in front of the doorway, patiently waiting for Sierra to take them out for a short walk in the backyard. Once Sierra begins working from home, Oreo climbs on the couch and curls up next to her, keeping her company throughout the day. Additionally, the kitties are always purring whenever Sierra snuggles with them or gives them back and chin scratches. A couple of years ago, Sierra rescued and adopted a blue bird, Pilot. When Sierra first discovered Pilot in her backyard, Pilot was very ill. Sierra immediately took her to a vet and ultimately helped Pilot recover by following the vet's instructions and providing love and care. Pilot is now a happy and strong bird that loves flying around Sierra's bedroom and taking food from her hand. Sierra is undeniably a responsible, loving, and friendly pet caregiver, therefore anyone would be lucky to have Sierra taking care of their pets!
