Pet care experience
Loving, full time care
I grew up on a ranch and have been caring for animals since I was about 6 years old. Being around animals has always been a part of my everyday life, and caring for them comes naturally. For the past 12 years, I’ve also raised two wonderful large dogs with completely different personalities. One is my 90-pound German Shepherd, who has anxiety and prefers quiet environments, which taught me patience, how to read canine body language, and how to help reactive or nervous dogs feel safe. My other is Steve, my friendly 70-pound Labrador, who has never met a stranger and loves everyone he meets. Caring for both has given me firsthand experience with dogs across the entire personality spectrum. They’re currently back home, so I truly enjoy welcoming dogs into my home and treating them like family. I work from home, so your pet will rarely be left alone. They’ll receive frequent potty breaks, walks, playtime, and plenty of one-on-one attention throughout the day. I genuinely love having animals around and enjoy filling my home with wagging tails. I’m experienced with dogs of all personalities and energy levels, including puppies, seniors, reactive dogs, anxious dogs, shy dogs, and dogs that simply need a little extra patience and understanding. Every dog is different, and I take the time to learn their routine so they feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed. My home is very clean, smoke-free, and pet-friendly, with safety always being my top priority. I carefully follow feeding schedules, medications, exercise routines, and any special instructions you provide. If your dog normally sleeps in bed with their family, they’re more than welcome to sleep in bed with me, too. I want them to feel as at home as possible during their stay. If they have a different bedtime routine, I’m happy to follow that instead. To me, pets are family, and I’ll care for yours as if they were my own.

Ratings and reviews
Sierra was wonderful with Archie! She was very communicative throughout his stay and sent plenty of pictures and updates, which gave us so much peace of mind. You could genuinely tell she cared about him and treated him with so much love and attention. We felt completely comfortable knowing Archie was in such good hands and would absolutely book with her again!

Sierra is amazing with my 100 lb German Shepherd. She’s very reactive, can’t be around other animals, and has a lot of anxiety around new people, so finding someone I trust with her is not easy. Sierra is the one dog watcher she genuinely feels comfortable with, and I never have to worry when she’s in her care. She’s patient, calm, understands her boundaries, and is really good at reading her behavior. I would absolutely recommend Sierra, especially to anyone with a large, anxious, or reactive dog.
. couldn’t be happier with the care my dog received! They were reliable, kind, and kept me updated with photos and messages, which gave me so much peace of mind. My dog came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. It’s obvious they truly love animals and treat them like family. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dog sitter, and I’ll definitely be booking with them again!
I can't recommend Sierra highly enough. She's cared for my dogs more times than I can count, and every single time, I know they're in the best hands possible. She genuinely adores animals....I sometimes joke that she loves my dogs more than I do! Her care goes beyond the basics; she spoils them with so much love and attention, and it shows in how happy and relaxed they are when I get home. Sierra grew up around animals and has a natural gift for connecting with them, whether it's a tiny lap dog or a big, rowdy pup. As an avid cowgirl who's been around horses and livestock her whole life, she brings a calm, confident, and experienced touch that's hard to find. Animals trust her instantly, and it's easy to see why. If you want a sitter who treats your pets like family, look no further than Sierra. She's reliable, caring, and truly one of a kind.

Schedule
Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I work from home, so your dog will rarely be left alone. Throughout the day we’ll enjoy walks, potty breaks, playtime, enrichment, and plenty of one-on-one attention. I love having animals around and enjoy giving them the companionship, structure, and affection they deserve. Whether your dog is energetic or prefers relaxing indoors, I’ll tailor each day to their needs and routine

Safety, trust & environment
Your dog’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities. My home is very clean, smoke-free, calm, and pet-friendly. I carefully follow every owner’s instructions, including feeding schedules, medications, exercise, and any special routines. Since I grew up on a ranch and have raised dogs with very different personalities—including an anxious, reactive German Shepherd—I understand how important patience, consistency, and reading body language are. If your dog normally sleeps in bed with their family, they’re welcome to sleep in bed with me so they feel right at home. I treat every dog like one of my own and will keep you updated with plenty of photos and messages throughout their stay
A typical day
Since I work from home, your dog will be part of my daily routine and rarely left alone. We usually start the day with a potty break and a walk, followed by breakfast (if that’s part of their schedule). Throughout the day, they’ll have plenty of opportunities for potty breaks, playtime, naps, and lots of affection. I genuinely enjoy taking long walks every day, so whether your dog enjoys a quick stroll or longer adventures, I’ll happily tailor our walks to their energy level and routine. Between walks, they’ll have plenty of time to relax indoors with me while I work, receive one-on-one attention, and, of course, lots of cuddles.
