Hello fellow pet parents ! I want to share some info about me to help you get acquainted / feel more comfortable with having me as your pet caregiver ! First of all , I have always been a big animal lover ! I grew up having multiple kinds of pets ! We had chickens , peacocks , bunnies , hamsters , cats , and dogs. I did 4H with my dog for two years in middle school and learned a lot about training. Then, when I was 19 I got my first job working at Petsmart and was with the company doing dog bathing, grooming and customer service for 6 years. In 2016 I became self employed / a stay at home mom. I’ve volunteered at local shelters, and have been a dog sitter for friends numerous times. My knowledge of dogs and their behaviors is pretty extensive and they tend to be drawn to my caring nature. I have a 5 year old boxer mix named Roman , and a 12 year old long haired chihuahua named Daisy. I also have three kitties. Indi is 4 and is a fat, sassy mommas boy. Oliver is 2, he is sweet and calm, our KFC kitty , (we found him abandoned in front of one when he was just a little kitten). Then there’s Kiki, our youngest fur baby, the wild child , she can’t decide if she wants to be an indoor or outdoor cat , and she has a crazy backstory to match her personality. Im a stay at home mom. I have open availablilty seven days a week, aside from afternoon school pickups. I can care for pets basically any time of day, mornings, afternoons, as well as evenings. I am familiar with caring for pets in their own homes. I am knowledgeable on using harnesses , leashes and collars correctly. I know a lot about the behaviors of both dogs and cats and am confident in my ability to keep them safe. Whether the client has a fenced yard or not I can provide a safe environment for any and all pets present. If there are any special needs or medical needs I am confident in my ability to care for those pets as well. I intend to treat each pet as if it was my own.
