I was away for a two-week trip and left clear feeding instructions both in person and in my kitten written profile: a gravity feeder for dry food that simply needed to be kept full, and two electronic feeders for fresh food that required checking, refilling, and cleaning. When I returned—two days after the sitter’s last visit—I found the dry food feeder completely empty, and only one of the fresh-food feeders had been refilled, so my cat had only been getting half a portion once a day. They were affectionate with her, but my cat went hungry 😔.

Sierra and Gage were wonderful! They took great care of my kitties over Thanksgiving and I could not recommend them enough!!
