Sierra took care of the dogs just fine when she was here. However I’m leaving a lower review because there was an issue the first night that I was gone where there was apparently a misunderstanding due to a message I sent her about their feeding schedule where she thought she didn’t have to go take care of them at all that night. I left on a Friday around 5:30/6:00pm and the booking clearly stated that she was booked from that time until Sunday afternoon. That’s what I paid for and that’s what we talked about in person when she came for a meet and greet, however Friday night rolled around and I was 3 hours from home and could not get ahold of her at all. She finally responded around midnight with a vague “hey sorry!” for all of the missed calls and messages, stating that she would go there in the morning. So I told her they needed to be let outside that night and she did apologize for the misunderstanding and go there and let them out. From that point on I didn’t have any issues and she did keep me updated the rest of the weekend, but I seriously almost left from my trip because I couldn’t get ahold of her and even had to get Rover support involved. So to say I recommend her would be hard because she could not provide me with that peace of mind knowing that my pets were being taken care of that first night.

Sierra was very helpful and mindful of my pup's special needs! He seemed to enjoy his time with her!

Sierra is a reliable and caring pet sitter! I have used her services many times in the past. She communicates well and completes every task expected of her. Most importantly, you can tell she actually loves my animals when she spends time with them. I would highly recommend her care!

Sierra has been pet sitting for me for 3 years. I have 3 cats and 2 dogs and she makes sure they are fed walked and cleaned up after. Has been a huge help when I need to take a quick trip out of town and can't bring them with me.
