Safety, trust & environment

Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. In my home, I provide a calm and secure environment with a fully fenced yard for safe outdoor time. I do have a 5 year old cat named Sparkle who keeps to herself in a separate room and a 3 year old child who loves animals but is always supervised around them to ensure a positive and respectful interaction. For in-home care, I follow your pet’s routine closely to keep them comfortable and stress-free. Whether they need structured playtime, a quiet space to relax, or extra attention, I tailor my care to their needs. No matter where I’m caring for your pet, I focus on creating a safe, loving, and trusting environment. I also provide regular updates and photos, so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is happy and well cared for!

A typical day

Every day with your pet is tailored to their personality and needs, but here’s what a typical day might look like: Morning • Start with a fresh meal and water to kick off the day. • For dogs, I’ll take them on a fun, energetic walk in the morning, or if they’re cats, a little playtime with their favorite toys to get them moving. Mid-Morning • If your pet loves to play, we might enjoy a game of fetch or tug-of-war. For cats, I might use interactive toys like feather wands or laser pointers to keep them engaged and entertained. • I’ll also give some quiet, cuddle time or lap snuggles if your pet enjoys them. Afternoon • A second walk or playtime, depending on the pet’s energy level. For cats, this might be another round of play with toys or simply petting and bonding time. • If your pet is comfortable, I’ll ensure they have time to nap and rest, with their favorite blankets or spots to curl up. Evening • A final outdoor break for dogs, with a nice walk or time in the yard. Cats may enjoy some independent exploration of their space or more bonding time with me. • Dinner and some calm down time, maybe with some relaxing petting or gentle brushing. Throughout the day, I make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and entertained. I send regular updates and photos, so you can stay in the loop and know your pet is having a wonderful time!

Reliable and Loving Pet Care!

Pet care experience

When you book with me, your pet gets the best care possible! Whether it’s a walk, drop-in visit, or overnight stay, I tailor every experience to meet your pet’s unique needs. I have hands-on experience caring for dogs of all sizes and temperaments, from energetic puppies who need long walks and playtime to senior dogs who just want a gentle stroll and lots of love. My most knowledgeable experience was caring for my senior golden retriever named Doc, who needed medication twice a day and extra patience on his walks. I made sure he got his medicine on time and took slow, comfortable walks at his own pace. For dog walks, I provide engaging walks with plenty of exercise, potty breaks, and personalized attention. I’ve walked everything from high-energy huskies who love to run to shy rescue dogs who need extra reassurance and gentle care. For drop-in visits, I check in on your pet, refresh food and water, provide potty breaks, clean up as needed, and, of course, give plenty of belly rubs and playtime. I once cared for a nervous rescue pup named Baxter, who was slow to trust new people. With patience and treats, he warmed up to me, and by the end of our visits, he was happily greeting me at the door with a wagging tail! For overnight sitting, your pet gets loving care in a stress-free environment. I stick to their routine, including feeding, walks, playtime, and snuggles. I’ve stayed with multiple pets at a time. Throughout every visit, I send regular updates, photos, and messages, so you can relax knowing your pet is in great hands. Book with me today for dependable, loving pet care!

Sierra was incredibly competent, understanding, and could not be a better addition into my dog's life and regime. She's handled complicated and unusual situations with the poise of a seasoned professional, and I wouldn't have even expected to ask the level of time and effort she put in. I'm glad she likes us, because she's definitely stuck with us for a while.
