I ensure the environment is secure, with all hazards removed, and respect the routines and rules the pet is used to. I also keep their home clean and maintain their usual feeding and exercise schedule to provide consistency. Communication is key, so I always keep clients updated with photos and messages to build trust and ensure peace of mind.

Our regular sitter fell ill last minute while we were on vacation and we were extremely stressed thinking we wouldn't find anyone. Sienna responded to our message so fast and was able to come the very next morning, early too! She was communicative the entire stay, followed all of our instructions and was so flexible. We have a 1-year-old super playful puppy and she knew exactly how to handle his energy. We felt completely at ease knowing he was in good hands. We will definitely be calling her again and recommend her to anyone who needs someone reliable, caring, and professional!
