I like to know what is important to understand your pet’s unique needs, personality, and routine. For dogs, this includes their temperament around people and other animals, walking preferences, energy level, leash behavior, training cues, and any medical needs or triggers. For cats, it’s key to know their social behavior, feeding routine, litter box habits, and favorite hiding or play spots
A typical day
When I watch pets, I love to keep them active and happy! For dogs, I usually take them on fun walks, play fetch, or run around in the backyard if they have one. If they like learning, I’ll even try teaching them simple tricks with treats. For cats, I make sure to give them lots of playtime with toys or string, and of course, plenty of cuddle time if they’re into that. Every pet is different, so I try to match their energy and make sure they feel loved and cared for while their owners are away.
