Ratings and reviews
Sidney is so lovely! She was so good with my dog and so communicative about her timing & how the visit went. I would definitely recommend her <3

Sidney is the best! She took great care of our rescue pup who can be reactive. We gave plenty of tips and instructions to take care of our dog and she did a great job. She communicated often with us about the stay - and sent plenty of photos! There were a couple of hiccups with our pup being reactive and she let us know about them after she had taken care of the issues, putting our minds at ease. She also took great care of our home, left everything clean, and washed the bedsheets. We feel 100% comfortable leaving our dog and home in Sidney’s care and highly recommend her.
In terms of pet care, Sidney is truly a gem. She did everything she said she would do, kept my dog on her normal routine, sent me pictures and videos, was super with communications all throughout etc. My dog loved her very much and they had a wonderful time together. My unfortunate complaint is that at the end of the stay, I came home to dirty sheets in my bed (also mostly unstripped), towels and counters and spent 3 hours after a 12 hour flight doing laundry and cleaning countertops, stovetops and bathrooms. When I gave her feedback about being disappointed coming home to a dirty home, I was told I should be happy I got an extended stay discount and that she did an Airbnb style clean up regarding the sheets and towels. She said that's what most of her clients prefer. She also told me my feedback made her feel disrespected and like a slave. After spending nearly $2K for her services, I didn't think I should come to a messy house and have to clean up after my pet sitter. I'm super bummed it ended like it did because otherwise when it just came to the dog care, she was terrific. I'm also sad she didn't take the feedback well and instead got incredibly defensive. In addition to sharing my disappointment about my arrival home, I was also truly complementary and thankful for how well she took care of my dog. Had she been more willing to treat me like an actual paying customer (which I was, but she didn't seem to totally get that) and acknowledged my feedback, I would have given her 5 stars and a giant tip. I'm still giving her 4 stars as I have hope one day she'll understand where I'm coming from. And for sure, you can totally trust her with your pets. If you have Sidney stay in your home, I would definitely communicate your expectations about how you want the home to look when you get back. Maybe you don't care about coming home to dirty sheets on the bed, dirty towels, countertops and stove tops. I do. I expected it to be as clean as I left it for her, and didn't think I'd have to communicate that, but you will need to if you share these same cleanliness and client service values.

Sidney was wonderful to work with! She was easy coordinate with, communicative, super friendly, and sent lots of pictures and videos while watching my Scout. She took great care of my place while house sitting and took scout on lots of fun adventures! It was great feeling comfortable that Scout would be well taken care of and stress free while I was traveling. 5 out of 5 stars!

Sidney helped us last minute with housesitting our small dog, Charlie. Charlie has separation anxiety and Sidney made sure to spend tons of time with him at home and him wherever they went. Sidney checked in regularly and sent photos of Charlie. We told Sidney about Charlie’s favorite park with no expectation they would go there but they did, and more than once. I think this week was the most activity our dog has gotten in awhile. When we got home we couldn’t even tell Sidney had been in the house. Highly recommend Sidney!

Sidney is great. Very communicative. Brillo can be weary of new people but seemed to get along with Sidney right away. And lots of doggy pics ?

Schedule
I work remotely full time allowing me to spend all day with my fluffy friends. Given this wonderful circumstance I am happy to relieve those parents who are going back to the office and worried about leaving their loved ones home alone for too long.
