As I have 5 dogs and 2 cats at my home, I am more comfortable with caring for your pets in their own home, making it a safer and more comfortable environment for them as it is a familiar space. In doing so, I spend time with your pets in their home, playing with them and offering affection and company.

With big dogs, it is important to me that I can meet them first if possible as most big dogs are stronger than me and I want to get a feel for them. In general, it’s important I know the behaviors of your dog, what they like and don’t like, and any medications or special care they might need.
A typical day
With your pets, I enjoy spending time with them while also meeting their basic needs like food, water and exercise. On a day to day, they will go on the amount of walks asked, spending quality time together and playing with their toys.

Pet care experience
I have had cats and dogs living with me ever since I was born and have always enjoyed spending time with them. For at least 7 years, I have cared for others pets, mostly my neighbors, ranging from puppies to senior dogs and enjoying every experience in between ! Since around turning 16, I have volunteered with the SPCA of the Triad, committing my time to animals because of my passion for them and wanting them to have a better life.

Sidney was absolutely wonderful while watching Percy and Tilly for four days! They kept me updated with photos, gave the cats lots of love, and made sure my home was just as I left it. It was such a relief knowing my cats (and apartment) were in great hands. I’d happily have them stay again, highly recommend!
