I have completed Levels 1–4 of obedience training with my own dog and would love the opportunity to put my knowledge and experience to use caring for your pet. I grew up with four dogs and have been involved in their training, care, and overall well-being from a young age. I have experience with all kinds of dogs, including puppies, senior dogs, and reactive dogs, and understand that every dog has their own unique personality, needs, and comfort level. I take the time to get to know each pet individually and will make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for while they’re with me. My goal is to provide the attention, exercise, enrichment, and care your pet needs to make their time with me as enjoyable as possible.

I have experience with all types of dogs and am confident in my ability to keep your pet safe, supervised, and out of trouble. I have experience with puppies, senior dogs, and reactive dogs. I understand the importance of paying close attention to their behaviour, surroundings, and individual needs. I have excellent attention to detail and will carefully follow your instructions and your pet’s routine, including feeding, medications, and any specific care requirements. I take safety seriously, especially when it comes to leash safety, interactions with other animals, and securely closing doors and gates. I will keep you updated throughout my visit and promptly communicate any concerns or anything unusual I notice. My goal is to provide reliable, attentive care while giving you peace of mind that your pet is safe and in good hands.

Sidney is truly an amazing dog sitter and walker! She watched my Doberman, and as someone who can be pretty anxious about leaving my dog with someone else, I couldn’t have felt more comfortable knowing he was in her care. Sidney watched my three cats for an extended period of time while I was traveling. She was extremely communicative and welcomed my pets as her own, when I returned it was clear they were all very well cared for. Since then, Sidney has been my go-to, she is always reliable and caring. My cats have started to get excited when she comes over.

Sidney watched my 5 year old border collie (Ollie) and cat for 5 days. I came home to two happy pets and a clean litter box. She sent me daily check ins that put my mind at ease so I could really enjoy my trip.

Schedule
I am currently completing my Master’s degree online, which gives me a fairly flexible schedule and allows me to accommodate a variety of pet-care needs. I also work as a coach, so I am generally unavailable between 3:30–7:30 p.m. each day. However, I’m happy to be flexible and work around my schedule to make sure I can provide your pet with the time, attention, and care they need.

- I have experience with all different types of breeds, ages, and health needs, and I’m confident that I can provide your pet with the proper care while making sure their individual needs are met. If your dog is reactive, requires special care, has a specific routine, or simply enjoys lots of words of affirmation, let me know! I’m happy to adjust my care to make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for while they’re with me.
