Big dogs are the best kind of dogs.
I come from a family of avid dog lovers. Since I was a young chap, we always had a canine companion present in the house. I have experience caring for and interacting with a variety of breeds. The largest dog breed I have many years of experience handling is the dogue de bordeaux, of which two were in my family for many years. I strive to continually educate myself on understanding dog behaviour and habits, while also familiarising myself with the specific characteristics of the canine under my care. I do understand what it means to be a dog owner, I am committed to taking every possible measure to ensure that they not only enjoy their time under my care but also receives vigilant attention to their well-being.

While actively volunteering for St. John Ambulance, I maintain a highly flexible daily and weekly schedule that easily accommodates the needs of your canine companion. Given that my voluntary commitments are not bound by fixed shifts, please feel free to reach out whenever you require my services, without any hesitation. However, please do be aware that my calendar may change. Please contact me first because I may be unavailable for the date you require.

Safety, trust & environment
All potentially sharp objects are safely secured away from the reach of animals. The garden is enclosed with an impregnable fence, ensuring that no dog can surpass its boundaries. Spanning a considerable size, the garden offers ample room for your cherished canine companion to roam, explore, and engage in playtime with me. Additionally, a detachable gate can be added to the stairwell in my home, discouraging more adventurous breeds from venturing without supervision.
A typical day
I will engage in thorough discussions with the pet owner to understand the specific needs and any potential physical ailments of the pet. I am dedicated to customising and adjusting each day to align with the animal's accustomed routine at home. In close proximity, there is a dog-friendly park merely a two-minute walk away, providing a delightful space for outdoor activities. Additionally, there is a spacious wooded area nearby for exploration. However, should you prefer, I am more than willing to cater to the dog's exercise needs right at home. I am fully committed to adapting my routine to suit the unique needs and preferences of your pet. Should your pet prefer leisurely walks, the nearby park and wooded areas offer perfect settings for their pace, and I am more than happy to accommodate and care for them accordingly.
