How We Work: To provide the most flexible and reliable service, we often divide visits based on our individual schedules. While you may see either Sichen or Shiqing during a visit, we operate as a unified team. For in-home visits, I follow your specific instructions to ensure your pet maintains their routine, including feeding, cleaning, administering medication, and spending quality time with them. Whether in my home or yours, I focus on providing attentive, personalized care to keep your pet happy and secure. I provide cat in partnership with my partner, [Shiqing Li], who is also a verified Rover sitter.

Sichen and Shiqing took excellent care of our cats while we were away. We travel rarely and miss our kitties dearly while away, but we were grateful to know that they were being well taken care. Our cats can be quite timid and hide from others, but I was pleased to see pictures of them and saw that they each came out in their own time while we were away. We will definitely have Sichen and Shiqing take care of Sid and Callie again.
