I needed a sitter for our dog Willow since my whole family was at an event. I checked out the Rover website for the 1st time and all the reviews. I chose Shyloh F. for the close proximity as well as previous reviews. I was so pleased beyond my expectations with Shyloh. Shyloh visited with Willow 2 times to meet her since she is nervous with new people. I was sent pictures and updates that assured me all was well at home. We came home Sunday to a clean house with all towels and sheets washed and bed made. It was such a nice surprise after the long drive home! I will use and refer Shyloh again in the future.

Shyloh went above and beyond for her weekend stay with Moonstar. She was communicative throughout the weekend, she cleaned up a potted plant that Moonie got into and made a mess, and even washed her own sheets and towels before I got home. Unnecessary but VERY much appreciated. So pleased to have a trustworthy person to care for my moonbeam while I’m away. Thank you Shyloh!

Shyloh is the absolute best. Our pets have so much fun with her that I think they are sad to see us come home. This is our third booking with Shyloh and we hope she will continue to come back when available. Thank you Shyloh!

Shyloh was great with our energetic pups! She sent pictures, was flexible, and very easy to work with. Highly recommend and will book her again!

We are so grateful to have met Shyloh. She goes out of her way to take care of our fur babies, and us, in exactly the way she would want her own pets and home to be cared for. Communication is regular and response time is almost instant. Our home once again is in better shape than the way we left it. Most of all, our dogs are healthy, clean and happy upon our return. Pretty sure they were both sad to see her go.
