I'm a Veterinary Technician with years of experience, along with Animal Care experience (currently working in a hospital in surgical services). I graduated from the University of Wisconsin River Falls, majoring in Animal Science with an emphasis in companion animals. I grew up on a hobby farm so I've grown up with animals my entire life. I've had life long experience with dogs, cats, rabbits, horses, guinea pigs, and other small critters. I live in a house. There is also a park just blocks away! I live with my husband. I have solid references from many pet parents that I have pet sat for for years. I’m comfortable giving medications if need be to your animals while you’re away so no need to worry about missing their scheduled medicine.

With many years of personal and professional animal handling experience I am comfortable and confident with administering medications that your animal may need, nail trims, walks, play time, cuddles, or whatever they may need. I will follow your instructions to the best of my abilities.
Ratings and reviews
I cannot recommend Shylina. During a scheduled house sitting, she left my dog in his kennel and left the house for several hours without informing me and was dishonest about her whereabouts. Personal emergencies arise, but the failure to communicate so I could make alternative arrangements was unprofessional. Reliability and communication are essential for pet care, and unfortunately, that was not provided.

I need to be refunded for remaining days after her 1 visit. I needed someone for 2pm-3pm visits. She was only available to do that 1 day. She wanted to come around 6pm for remaining days which doesn’t work
Shylina did a wonderful job caring for our three senior cats, including giving one of our shy kitties her medication. Her daily updates and photos really put my mind at ease and helped me to enjoy my time away. We will definitely book her again for our next trip!
Was last minute reservation over a holiday and she was amazing!
