I'm a Veterinary Technician with years of experience, along with Animal Care experience (currently working in a hospital in surgical services). I graduated from the University of Wisconsin River Falls, majoring in Animal Science with an emphasis in companion animals. I grew up on a hobby farm so I've grown up with animals my entire life. I've had life long experience with dogs, cats, rabbits, horses, guinea pigs, and other small critters. I live in a house. There is also a park just blocks away! I live with my husband. I have solid references from many pet parents that I have pet sat for for years. I’m comfortable giving medications if need be to your animals while you’re away so no need to worry about missing their scheduled medicine.

With many years of personal and professional animal handling experience I am comfortable and confident with administering medications that your animal may need, nail trims, walks, play time, cuddles, or whatever they may need. I will follow your instructions to the best of my abilities.

Shylina did a wonderful job caring for our three senior cats, including giving one of our shy kitties her medication. Her daily updates and photos really put my mind at ease and helped me to enjoy my time away. We will definitely book her again for our next trip!

Shylina, Shyliiinaaa! Top notch! We are so blessed and thankful to have found such a good person to check in on our fur baby! We can’t sing her phrases enough! Our cat has diabetes and needs a little extra care and attention around feeding time. Shylina gave us peace of mind while away for one of his feedings & injection. Binx was so well taken care of, and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Shylina gave us a full report and sent pics of Binx. The drop in visit went without hitch and we couldn’t be more happy. Shylina is so professional and good with our pet. She is a true animal lover. Honestly, in terms of finding a pet sitter it’s more of a question of: Does she have time and want to come back than, would we have her back? We wouldn’t hesitate. Again, we are grateful to have found someone trustworthy and who cares about our pet. 😆 Shylina is the best! Thank you Shylina!
Shylina is always great with our girls!
This is our third time having Shylina house sit with our Ryder. She is amazing. Our Ryder loves her and so do we. We will definitely be hiring Shylina in the future.
Shylina was great to work with. We left her with a sick dog (couldn't be helped) and she did all that was needed with medications in addition to normal routine. We came home to a clean house with a happy dog. Excellent job, Shylina!
