When caring for dogs in your home, I focus on keeping them comfortable and maintaining their normal routine. I’ll follow your instructions for feeding, walks, playtime, medication if needed, and any other care they’re used to. I’ll give them plenty of attention and make sure they feel safe, happy, and cared for while you’re away. I’ll also treat your home with the same respect and care I would my own.

Shylah has the best temperament when caring for my high octane mini poodle. She follows schedules and routines meticulously and knows when and how to pivot and make substitutions or alterations as needed in unanticipated situations. My mini poodle always runs to Shylah for play and hugs. She’s the best caretaker for my baby!
I highly recommend Shylah as a responsible, loving, and trustworthy pet caregiver. I have seen her care for our two dogs for over seven years, since they came home at only six weeks old. She helped potty train them, bathe them, feed them, and maintain their daily routines with patience and care. What makes Shylah especially wonderful is the genuine love she shows them; She takes time to sit with them, comfort them, and make sure they do not feel lonely. She truly wants every pet in her care to feel safe, happy, and loved.

Schedule
Since I work part-time, I have plenty of flexibility in my daily schedule to give dogs the attention, exercise, and care they need. I’m available most days and can easily fit pet care into my routine. The only exception is Tuesdays and Thursdays, when I’m available before 5 PM. I’m happy to work with your schedule and make sure your pet gets consistent, reliable care.

- Before caring for a pet, I’d love to know about their personality, daily routine, feeding schedule, exercise needs, and any special instructions. It’s also helpful to know about their likes and dislikes, how they interact with people and other pets, and anything that may make them nervous or uncomfortable. The more I know ahead of time, the better I can make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away. I’m happy to follow your usual routines and provide updates so you can have peace of mind!
