I’ve cared for dogs of many breeds, sizes, and temperaments, and I truly treat every dog like family. I have experience with larger, active breeds like German Shepherds, gentle and affectionate breeds like Cocker Spaniels, and breeds that need extra care and attention, such as French Bulldogs. I’m very mindful of individual needs, routines, and personalities, whether that’s energetic playtime, calm companionship, or lots of cuddles. I’m comfortable with feeding schedules, administering basic medication if needed, leash walking, and keeping dogs safe and happy at all times. I’m patient, attentive, and great at picking up on dogs’ moods and body language, which helps them feel relaxed and secure quickly. I always keep pet parents updated with messages and photos, so you can feel completely at ease while your dog is in my care. Your dog’s comfort, safety, and happiness are always my top priority.

Shayla did an absolutely amazing job looking after my Sky. She was super responsive and allowed us to drop in before I’d booked to make sure we were both comfortable. Before Skys stay she was super proactive asking for any details and feeding schedules for Sky so she had it all in advance which helped me to make sure I’d thought of everything before dropping her. During her stay I got lots of updates and photos which I really valued too. By the looks of the photos they welcomed Sky in like her own and she settled in really well with them Couldn’t recommend enough!

Schedule
I’m currently not working, which means I have plenty of time, flexibility, and attention to fully focus on caring for your dog. Pet care fits easily into my daily routine, allowing me to stick closely to your dog’s usual schedule for walks, feeding, playtime, and rest. I’m available on weekdays, and I can provide frequent check-ins, companionship, and supervision throughout the day so your dog is never left feeling lonely or rushed.

Your dog’s safety, comfort, and wellbeing are always my top priorities. I follow any instructions you provide carefully and make sure routines are kept consistent to help dogs feel secure and relaxed. I keep a calm, clean, and dog-friendly environment, supervise interactions closely, and ensure dogs are always safely leashed during walks. I’m attentive to body language, energy levels, and individual needs, and I’m happy to accommodate crate training, special feeding routines, or medications if needed. I also keep pet parents updated with regular messages and photos so you can feel confident and at ease while your dog is in my care.
A typical day
A typical day with me is a nice balance of play, walks, rest, and lots of attention. We’ll start the day with a walk or outdoor time, followed by feeding and relaxed play depending on your dog’s energy levels. Throughout the day, I make time for games, mental stimulation, and sniffy walks so your dog can explore new smells and enjoy their surroundings. There’s also plenty of downtime for naps, cuddles, and calm companionship. I always adapt activities to suit your dog’s age, breed, and personality so they feel happy, comfortable, and well cared for.
