This was by far one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had. Shyann completely stopped communicating with me while I was already on my way to the booking. I called multiple times, sent text messages, and never received a single response or explanation. I was left sitting and waiting with no idea what was happening. Because of the complete lack of communication, my husband and I were late for our anniversary plans, wasting valuable time on what was supposed to be a special day. Emergencies happen, and I would have been understanding if I had received even a brief message. Instead, I was completely ignored. Reliability and communication are essential when booking through Rover, and unfortunately, this experience had neither. I cannot recommend booking with Shyann based on my experience, and I sincerely hope no one else has to deal with the same level of disrespect and disregard for their time.

Shyann was awesome! She sent constant pics and had great communication. We would definitely have her watch our pup again with no worries at all. Great people.
