I live in a studio apartment with no openable windows, so your pets would have no risk of falling. My building is located within a reputable community and the chance of encountering pet snatchers is low.

Shupu did a great job with Yi Yi! He showed up right on time, communicated clearly, and sent a photo update during the walk, which I really appreciated. Yi Yi came home happy and tired out. It was our first time booking with Shupu, but definitely not the last. Highly recommend!
