Your fur baby’s needs and safety are my first and utmost priority. I view the privilege to care for your best friend a great responsibility earned only with trust and confidence, and the best way to cultivate that sentiment is to be safety first. I personally keep a muzzle and tight leash on my German Shepherd (he’s 100lb and reactive!) For trust, I love to deliver daily updates and pictures to the client catching them up on all the adventures that we’re having!

During our meet and greet, we will discuss if your pet has any special protocols like medication, unique conditions, behavioral issues, or others. It’s important that we’re both informed and on the same page prior to engaging in a trusted mutual agreement, so that I can provide the best and most appropriate care for your pet, and you can rest assured that your precious baby is in good hands!
A typical day
I love to spend time with the pets that I care for. Oftentimes I’d take them on car rides to the beach for a scenic walk, to the park for a little league baseball game, or just chill and cuddle on the couch with something on the TV. If you’ve got a big strong baby I’d love to play tug-o-war with them, really tires them (and me) out! While the type of activities we enjoy together will be dependent on your pet’s personality, availability, and level of energy, I can surely guarantee we’ll always have a great time!

Hello everyone! My name is Shuhan and I’m an avid lifelong lover of animals! Having grown up surrounded by dogs, cats, chickens, rabbits, turtles, and more, pets have a very special place in my heart. I have a large German Shepherd and three cats of my own (one has since crossed the rainbow bridge 🌈) , and I’ve cared for all of them since they were little babies. Beyond my own pets, I’ve provided care for the pets of over 30+ clients through helping out my GF Anny (a top sitter on Rover!) Most of our clients are consistent repeats having confided hard-earned trust and confidence in our best care for their fur babies! On my free time, I volunteer at the Berkeley Animal Care Services clinic to help our community and spread some love to the animals that haven’t received much in their lives. I believe all animals deserve love and the five basic freedoms, and providing care for them is the best way to grow our humanity and nourish our soul 💛 I am available on short notice and can travel anywhere from the Bay Area to Sacramento. Shuhan took great care of our two cats over the holiday weekend! One of our boys was recently diagnosed with diabetes and so requires 2x daily insulin injections and a little extra monitoring, Shuhan was incredibly considerate, caring & attentive to my boy! Our other cat, Fig, is p sassy & selective with his love, he seemed to really warm up to Shuhan!! Both cats were happy & relaxed when we got home, and Shuhan left the house in great condition, even stripping the bed for me!! Will definitely be booking his services again!
I needed a dog walker for my young working line German shepherd. My husband was staying home with the dogs while I visited my family, but he can’t walk far enough or fast enough to keep my baby entertained and exercised. I was delighted that Shuhan wasn’t deterred by barking when he arrived for a meet-and-greet, so we booked him. He arrived on time every day, didn’t mind dealing with foxtail nets, and returned her ready for a nap. We will definitely call him next time!
I’m so glad Jolene and I found Shuhan! He is incredibly reliable, accommodating of Jolene’s needs and flexible with my schedule. I can tell he truly loves animals and I can trust he’ll take good care of Jolene when I’m away. He also takes the silliest pictures of Jojo, his updates/report cards always brighten my day.
Shuhan and his girlfriend were great sitters for Donut! They were friendly, responsive, responsible and easy to communicate with. I got great updates on Donut with adorable photos and returned home to a happy bubba. I’d definitely have them take care of Donut again!
