Shravistha and her husband were very warm and welcoming from the moment I dropped off my puppy. I explained that this was my puppy’s first time staying with a dog sitter, and they were both very understanding, patient, and caring. They kept me updated throughout the day with messages and photos, which gave me peace of mind knowing my puppy was safe and comfortable. It was clear that they genuinely cared and went above and beyond to make him feel at home. My puppy received lots of attention, affection, and excellent care. Shravistha and her husband took such wonderful care of my two senior dogs. They were both incredibly warm, kind, and accommodating from start to finish. My older dog has been with me her whole life and is quite comfortable with dog sitters, and she had a lovely time with them. My newer dog was having her very first overnight stay with pet sitters, and S and her husband went above and beyond to help her feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in a new environment. They kept me updated throughout the stay with messages and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind. It was clear that both dogs were receiving lots of attention, care, and affection. When I picked them up, both dogs were happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. I would absolutely recommend Shravistha to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate pet sitter. Shravistha was incredibly responsive, kind, and flexible during a stressful moment in our trip to Victoria. As travelers with a dog, we suddenly found ourselves in a difficult situation late at night, and her quick communication and willingness to help gave us real peace of mind.
