Shontel was absolutely fantastic! It was so great meeting Shontel. She asked all the right questions that showed me she really cared about getting to know if my puppy. Her gentle and calm demeanor was much appreciated. She understood exactly when to pull back when my Moon was becoming overwhelmed. Listened to learn more about him and cared to know if she’d be best for him. We absolutely plan on booking her again!
We work with Shontel as much as possible. Our dog, Doug, loves her and her cats! She makes sure he gets lots of good exercise and enrichment!

Using positive reinforcement, reassurance, affection, and play, I create a SAFE SPACE that reassures your pet they’re in good hands. Pet care fits seamlessly into my work schedule; I check on the pets as soon as I wake up around 6:30 am, ensuring they feel loved and attended to. As I move around the house throughout the day, I often notice they follow me, finding joy in being part of my routine. This companionship not only entertains them but also strengthens our BOND, making their stay a delightful experience.

When sitting, I’m home most of the day means your furry friend is never alone; I incorporate playtime and cuddles into my breaks, ensuring they receive plenty of attention. Throughout the day, they can roam freely in my pet-proof apartment, often following me as I move around, making for a fun and interactive experience. In the evenings, I dedicate quality time for relaxing together, ensuring they feel loved and secure until it’s time for bed.
