RETIREMENT AND DOGS IS MY LIFE
Hello my name is Shondra and I absolutely love dogs. as a retiree, I'm home most of the time, so your pup will receive plenty of attention, companionship, and care throughout the day-they'll never be left alone for long periods. I've had dogs my entire life and have experience training German Shorthaired Pointers as hunting dogs. Although I no longer hunt, the knowledge, patience, and dedication I gained from training them helps me provide excellent care for every dog I meet. I walk my own dog every day, and if your pup enjoys walks and is able to join us, I'd be happy to include them in our daily adventures. My home is clean, safe, and pet-friendly, giving your furry family member a comfortable place to relax and feel at home. I know how important it is to stay connected while you're away, so i'll send you daily photos and updates so you can see all the fun your pup is having and peace of mind. If you have a puppy, I can also help with crate training and potty training by following a consistent routine and using positive reinforcement, but it has to be with a crate for cleanliness. My promise is simple: I'll care for your dog with the same love, patience, and attention that I give my own. I look forward to welcoming your furry family member into my home. I have saved my dog Kiddy (who has now passed away at 19yrs old) from near death when she was 16yrs old. She had an infected tooth which got into her blood and caused her to almost die. the doctor gave her antibiotics but she wasn't eating or drinking for days. I put in a blender chicken and pedialyte, I then poured it into a feeding syringe and carefully put it in her mouth, I did this for 2 days and she came back to life. She got her tooth pulled as soon as she was better. I wanted to tell my story so you know that I will do whatever it takes to care for your pup. Our fur babies are family❤️❤️🙏

Schedule
I am retired and home to take care of your pup. I do have one little dog and 2 cats. My pup is on an eating schedule and walking schedule so if your pup is on any schedule I will accommodate.

My dogs and cats are cherished members of the family, and I will treat your animals as my extended family. My goal is to provide a safe, loving, and comfortable home where your pet feels happy and secure while your pet feels happy and secure will you're away. I have a fully fenced yard for outdoor play and live close to a park, where your pup can enjoy daily walks and exercise. I also have a swimming pool that is not fenced; however, your pets safety is my highest priority, and I closely supervise all outdoor time to ensure they stay safe. if your pet requires medication, I am experienced and comfortable administering it according to your instructions. I will also follow your preferred feeding schedule and routine to help your pet feel at home. I specialize in caring for small to medium-size dogs. if your pup enjoys relaxing on the couch, they're welcome to cuddle up with me. I can provide a crate if needed, or you're welcome to bring your own if that's what your pup is accustomed to sleeping in. For the comfort and cleanliness of my home, I do require that all pets be potty trained or crated while learning to be potty trained. I also understand that every pet has unique needs. For example, I currently care for a friends dog who uses a dog litter box, so im happy to accommodate that setup if needed. As a special treat, I make homemade boil chicken treats that many dogs love, of course, I will always follow any dietary restrictions or special instructions you provide. Most importantly, I will care for your pet with the same love, patience, and attention that I give my own. I want every dog or cat in my care to feel safe, loved, and right at home.

my dog loves to play fetch so if your pup wants to join in that would be great. I live across the street from a Park so walks happen daily.
