Animal lover w reactivity training
I love dogs and always put them first when I’m with them. I previously had 4 dogs (2GSD, 2Shih Tzu) in my home, now 3 as my baby unfortunately passed. I also had a bearded dragon which has taught me new care taking skills. With my GSD who passed, she had an acute kidney injury, I had to place special attention to medication, offering sub Q fluids, special meal plan, as well as partake in many reactivity training due to her behaviour. I am comfortable with larger dogs as such, as well as supporting training. I recently rescued an pitbull from Vegas, who I learned a lot from. Unfortunately he was not a good fit for my busy home, so I now pet sit him as he’s under the care of my friend. I care for all of my friends pets whenever they leave town, and have regular clients separate from this app. I have experience with many types of animals and their needs! I love to hike, and have learned quieter trails due to my dogs reactivity. I will be sure that whatever I am doing for your pet, to keep them safe, ensure they’re having fun, and are well taken care of. My partner typically helps me with bookings, but we always leave it to yours and your animals comfort level.

I have a lot of experience with training styles, if you would like your dog crated, support potty training etc. I will ensure to keep your home clean as you expect and maintain the habits you are working towards with your fur baby.

Shivoun was great at communicating - sending multiple updates including pics/vids. She was very capable in dealing with simba who can be very reactive. I booked shivoun super last minute but she was still very accomodating to my schedule! I would definitely book her as our rover again when the chance comes :)
Shivoun was great with my two chihuahuas! Even though they aren’t very people friendly she was patient and understanding which helped them feel more comfortable. Definitely would recommend her :)
Shivoun possesses an unwavering amount of love and genuine care for all living beings (humans or pets). She has an insurmountable care for nature and a passion for adventure. She constantly seeks out new experiences and thrives outdoors, so your pet will be in great hands whether it be for a short walk, grueling hikes or some loving at home. She's incredibly detail oriented and is very meticulous with the care she provides to everyone in her life, and especially her pets. So Shivoun's your girl who will look out for your pet and truly cherish them with all her being.
Shivoun is about to become your friend & your doggos new aunty! She will love and spoil your pup as if it was her own, but don’t think she will let them fuck around. They will find out that Aunty Shiv follows the same rules & foundations that you out line. Shivoun also has an extremely high level of patience, as she is an advocate for reactive dogs! She will maintain a safe and supportive environment for your pup, while also allowing for fun & adventure. She will also monitor situations to keep arousal thresholds low! She is a firm believer in following positive reinforcement measures to build relationships & respect with all animals around her. If we were still living close to Shivoun she would still be our #1 choice for support with our Ernest!

Schedule
I am currently on medical leave due to burnout and stress. My partner also recently got in a bad car accident This is a great method of therapy for us, and allows us to earn an income as we try to manage my personal situation. I would happily set up a regular schedule for check ins and more if you prefer drop ins! I would prefer extended house sitting requests at this time.
