Thank you Shivani for looking after my puppy for a week l needed a holiday thanks again lovely family and she was well looked after keep me updated all the time which was good will definitely use her again

I had to have some time to discuss my experience with some fellow owners and a dog trainer that I see weekly before I could leave a review to see if what I'm feeling is valid or just being overprotective. I was not once told that the lady in the picture and under the name, was not going to be the one looking after my puppy. I wasn't told that it was her mum. No communication on that. I wouldn't have minded if the lady had told me. The mum,barely understood what I was saying or asking. I asked where the lady was, she said "back soon" I asked how long and she said "on way back". I had to rush off, so I just trusted her. The mother didn't touch, pet or offer friendship to my puppy while I was there. When I received pictures, it was all of my puppy in the hallway or kitchen. I was told he was on the sofa and sleeping, no pictures of him in the livingroom or playing with their dog. When I picked up my puppy, he seemed to already be in the hallway and I heard a door open. Now, I'm not sure if I have this wrong so I'm saying this as not 100% sure. I have a feeling that he wasn't in the livingroom at all, maybe he was left in the hallway? As he seemed to already be in there once the Living room door was open. I could be wrong. When the mother opened the door, my puppy wasn't leashed. Luckily, he isn't at the stage yet of bolting out the door. This was highly unprofessional nethertheless. I asked where the daughter was and I was told "out" I asked if she came back at all and the lady said no. When I was leaving, the mother was at the window on a video call aiming the camera at me. I wasn't sure why until she said she was on a call with the husband. I didn't understand the language, but she was opening her window to show her husband me and my puppy getting into the car. I'm not really sure what all of that was about. I'm giving 2 stars only because he did seem to like the place and I'm not sure if I'm doubts of him actually being physically looked after are true. Whether he was treated like a prince or not, doesn't take away the fact that the lady who owns the profile wasn't there at all and I was never told that the mother was going to be looking after my puppy. I left my puppy trusting the owner would be there.

Very helpful with a short notice extra booking the next day, Henry was excited to go back again and was pulling to Shivani’s door, came back tired and very happy too :)

Shivani provided Minnie with great caring and treated her as she did her own pet . Minnie was perfectly at home with all the family and was soon settled and happy to stay. We received regular updates on Minniex stay from Shivani and we would be happy for Minnie to stay agzin.

Was kind and courteous, respected my home and cared for my animals. Highly recommend. I am so happy I am using her again this week and will use Shivani each time I go away.
