Throughout the entire stay, you paid attention to every little detail and took exceptional care of my Lucky. Your communication was outstanding you kept me updated regularly with messages and photos, which gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. My dog felt safe, happy, and truly cared for with you, and that means everything to me. It is obvious that you treat every pet as an individual, with kindness, patience, and genuine affection. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the wonderful care you provided. I wholeheartedly recommend Shivani to anyone looking for a trustworthy, responsible, and truly exceptional pet sitter. Shivani took good care of our dogs Ghazal and Shayari, she sent periodic updates about how the dogs are doing and took them on frequent walks throughout the day.

Shivani stepped in to care for our two dogs at very short notice and we couldn’t be more grateful. She was incredibly accommodating and attentive to all of their needs, including our two year old miniature dachshund, who forgot all about her toilet training while we were away! Shivani handled the situation with remarkable patience, compassion, and understanding. She kept us informed about our little one’s accidents but never made us feel concerned or guilty. Instead, she reassured us that it was something she was more than happy to manage, which gave us enormous peace of mind. We cannot recommend Shivani highly enough. Her genuine love for animals is obvious, and she made us feel completely confident that our girls were safe, happy, loved and cared for just as they would be at home. We would not hesitate to book Shivani again for future holidays. She is everything you could hope for in a pet sitter and truly went above and beyond.

Sirikita loved Shivani cuddles and kindness. We forgot to take her bed and Shivani made a very comfy bed especially for her. Shivani was also very patient with Sirikita issues as a senior dog. She was very well cared by Shivani that sent us pictures and regular updates.

Shivani was the perfect sitter. When I returned for my 7 week old kittens they were happy, clean, playful and their litter tray was clean and their food eaten. It was clear they had been not just cared for but loved and seen. I will 100% be leaving my 2 kittens with Shivani again. The kittens were given the freedom to roam and play and even sleep on the sitters bed, cuddling up peacefully when they needed comfort. When other pets were around and they seemed overwhelmed they had their own room complete with dark hiding spaces to retreat to, space to run and play and a clean, temperate environment. I cannot recommend Shivani enough.
