I've been working with Rover for a while now and I cannot tell you how amazing it has been for me to have these beautiful and loving animals in my life. Its more of a treat for me to have them than anything else. I only working in the evenings so I have the whole day to spend with your dog. I also live close to a dog park so we can make trips there if your dog needs more exercise :) ... I some times do look after more than one dog at a time, but if you are not comfortable with it, that is not a problem - whatever is good for your dog is good for me! My job is to make them as comfortable as possible :D I did take a break for a couple of years because my sweet puppy passed away but I am back now and can't wait to care for your puppies.

Shiva is amazing! My Havannese is a little picky and kind of stubborn on walks and Shiva was so patient with her! I very much appreciated her help and timeliness.
Shiva is the best and I really appreciate her taking care of Taifa. When i travel, I know that my doggie will be taken care of and given plenty of love and affection. Thanks Shiva and as always you Rock!

Shiva is amazing! My pup Henrik boarded with her for a few nights while I went out of town. She was very accommodating and dropped him off at my apartment nearby when she went to work so he would be in a familiar setting. She is very communicative and Henrik absolutely lost it when he saw her again after the stay :) Will absolutely book again!
Sammi and Della always have fun with Shiva. They exercise often and are extremely well-cared for!
Our dog had a great time. Shiva was very responsive, and sent us daily pictures/videos of how much fun our little one was having. She was also really flexible with accommodating our request for a pick up time.

Schedule
I currently work from home, so I will be with your pet for most of the day. Sometimes I do leave for a few hours during the day for a workout or to run errands, but I'm never gone for longer than 5 hours at a time. However, if your pet needs more of my time we can certainly talk about it.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a simple 1 bedroom apartment. I can provide a crate for a medium sized dog if needed. I do allow dogs on the couch and my bed as well - they can be as comfortable as they can be.
A typical day
It really depends on what your dog loves to do. I can take her on a long walk by the Hudson River or to the dog run. I can do this typically twice a day morning and evening. I always give another walk before bed at night as well.
