Shitong had Dexter while we were away and sent us daily updates to show how much fun he was having with her! He stayed with another dog and she is so lovely. She was so friendly and sweet to our boy. He was well looked after and had a fantastic time staying with her. We highly recommend Shitong and we will be using her services again in the near future!
Shitong took amazing care of our two dogs, and we couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. She is incredibly attentive, responsible, and genuinely loves the dogs she looks after. What really stood out was how much extra effort she puts in — she even made homemade treats, little cakes, and adorable outfits for them. She celebrated their birthday with so much care, and our dogs had such a happy and special day. We felt completely at ease knowing they were in her hands. Highly recommend Shitong to anyone looking for a loving and trustworthy pet caregiver.
Shitong is hands-down the best sitter we’ve ever had for our two dogs, Poka and Ponyo. Leaving them can be stressful, especially with Ponyo being a senior teacup poodle who is blind and needs extra attention, but Shitong made us feel completely at ease. The daily communication was incredible—we received frequent video updates that showed exactly how happy and well-cared-for they were. It’s clear that Shitong doesn't just 'watch' dogs but truly cares for them. Poka and Ponyo came home happy and relaxed. If you’re looking for someone reliable who treats your dogs like family, look no further than Shitong.
Shitong is very loving person and she care about animals a lot! I trusted her with toy poodle boy every time I go to a vacation. She was always very patient with my dog, share a lot of videos and images with me, and makes special soup for my dog when he is not feeling well. She is also my dog’s favorite sitter!!! I highly recommend her.
Our family absolutely loved Shitong! Over the years she’s been taking great care of our 9 year old Pomeranian boy, Poolmee, while we are on frequent vocations. She cares about Poolmee from her true heart. One time Poolmee had an accident while we were out of town, (dewclaw toe too long and curved and poked his paw, it was totally our fault), Shitong took him to the urgent care and took extra care of him. When we returned he’s all recovered. Shitong is reliable, caring, and kind. She is the best dog sitter that we’ve ever had
Shitong and her husband are truly the sweetest, most caring pet sitters I’ve ever known. Whenever my husband and I have to travel without our dog Chili, we always feel at ease leaving her in their home. They’ve been caring for Chili since she was a puppy, and they’ve become like her second parents. I believe many other pet parents feel the same way! We were so heartbroken when we learned they’re moving to the UK. Chili misses them so much, and so do we!
