I work from home most days, so I’m around to give your dog plenty of attention, care, and company throughout the day. I do the school run for my five-year-old—dropping him off before 9am and picking him up at 3pm, with the school just a short walk away behind the park. This means your dog would enjoy regular walks, including park time during the day and again in the afternoon. After school, our routine is calm and family-oriented, sometimes with local activities, followed by dinner at home. Your dog would be part of my daily life, with lots of supervision, companionship, and care.

Information Shirley A. would like to know about your pet
I’d love to make sure I can give your dog the best care and keep their routine as consistent and comfortable as possible, so I usually like to ask a few quick questions beforehand: • What breed (or mix) is your dog, and how old are they? • What’s their usual daily routine like? • How would you describe their personality? • Are they comfortable around children? • How do they behave when left alone for short periods? • Do they bark much (for example at noises or when alone)? • Are there any house rules they’re used to (e.g. being on furniture or sleeping arrangements)? • Are they toilet trained? • Are there any behaviours you’re currently working on with them? • How much exercise do they usually need each day? • What are they like on walks (on lead, recall, around other dogs)? • What is their feeding schedule and do they have any dietary requirements? • How are they with other dogs and new people? • Do they have any triggers or things that make them anxious? • Do they have any medical conditions or medications I should be aware of? • Could you also share your vet details and an emergency contact, just in case? I’m always happy to adapt to each dog’s routine—I just like to be well prepared so they feel safe, settled, and happy while you’re away 🐶💛 Thank you!
A typical day
A typical day with your dog would be calm, caring, and tailored to their usual routine. I’d make sure they’re fed on time, get plenty of exercise and play, and enjoy lots of attention and affection throughout the day. Walks would be a highlight, along with some quiet time to relax so they feel safe and settled. I’d keep their routine as consistent as possible so they feel comfortable and happy while you’re away

Pet care experience
Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover who has grown up with dogs and always had them as part of my family. Since moving to London, I haven’t had the chance to have one of my own, but I truly miss having dogs around. I live in a lovely flat with a secure garden and have easy access to nearby parks, so your dog will have plenty of space to play, explore, and relax. I will care for your dog as if they were my own, ensuring they feel safe, happy, and well-loved at all times. I’d be delighted to look after your furry friend

Shirley thank you so much for looking after Daisy. Really glad to have found you and hope we can come back on our next London trip

We had a great experience leaving our little Charlie with this family. Their communication was very good right from the start, they asked all the right questions to make sure they understood her routine and needs. We received regular update photos and videos. We will definitely be contacting them again next time we need a sitter!
Shirley was amazing with Jack — he immediately felt calm and at home with her. We would absolutely love to book with her again in the future and would highly recommend her.
Shirley was an amazing dogsitter! Jaya was clearly very well taken care of and came back happy and relaxed. It gave me real peace of mind knowing she was in such good hands. I would definitely recommend Shirley to anyone looking for a kind and reliable sitter!
