I’ve cared for my own dog for the past 10 years, and being a pet parent myself has taught me how important it is to trust someone with your furry family member. From daily walks and playtime to feeding, bathing, and giving lots of love, I treat every pet like my own. I’m patient, attentive, and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. If your dog loves belly rubs, squeaky toys, or just relaxing on the couch, I’ll make sure they feel right at home.

Shiraine was wonderful with Daisy, she took her for walks, let her play with her dog the whole time Daisy was there, she sent us pictures and even gave us some treats etc for Daisy which was nice. Definitely reaching out to her whenever in the DC area!
Shiraine is the most amazing pet caregiver I could have asked for. With a very busy, hectic , and unpredictable work schedule Shiraine has always made herself available for my fur babies. It’s not always easy finding walkers/sitters for my two large pitties, however Shiraine greeted them and built a very strong bond with them. She walks them for me several time out of the week, while also feeding them and adding at least 30 minutes of play. The most remarkable moment was her pet sitting for me for 11 days whilst being out of the country. Shiraine provided photos to ease my anxiety, maintained their feeding and walking schedule ( took them on actual mile walks), and spent time with them as they since separation anxiety. Shiraine is very responsible, patient, and kind individual, to not only my fur babies but myself and my partner. I would recommend Shiraine a thousand times over. 10/10

Schedule
I work from home full-time, which means your pup will have plenty of attention and care throughout the day. I’m available for boarding on weekends and weekdays, and can provide regular walks, playtime, and check-ins based on your pet’s needs. Your pet won’t be left alone for long stretches—they’ll have company, comfort, and care all day long.

I live in a clean, pet-friendly apartment with plenty of space for your pup to feel comfortable and safe. Since I work from home full-time, I’m able to give your dog lots of attention and regular walks throughout the day. I don’t have any pets of my own right now, so your dog will get my full focus and care. I can also crate your dog if needed and follow any specific routines to help them feel right at home.

A typical day with your pets includes plenty of love, structure, and fun. We’ll go on walks tailored to their energy level, enjoy playtime and enrichment games, take sniff breaks, and relax with cuddles so they feel happy, safe, and comfortable while you’re away.
