I work from home and keep a pretty typical schedule--my dog and I go for a 30-45 min walk around 7:30 AM, a 45-90 min walk around 4PM, and then a 30-45 min walk around 8PM. In between, he lounges while I work with breaks for cuddles and play. I would adjust walking lengths to your dog's needs and can do more potty and play breaks if needed!

Safety, trust & environment
I have a large 3BR condo with a large living area, study (where I work), and dining area. Dogs are allowed on my couch and bed but there are also dog beds in nearly every room. My kitchen has a door and my pantry has a door that I keep closed so your dog wont get into any food they're not supposed to.

Information Shipra K. would like to know about your pet
I always do a slow introduction to my own dog. I put him behind a baby gate and let your dog explore the home. I let them get acclimated for 20-30 mins before removing the gate. This gentle introduction allows both dogs to settle in safely and has never failed me :) On rare occasions I may not be able to take high energy male dogs.
A typical day
I adjust activities based on your pups needs but I generally bring them on three ~45 minute walks/hikes a day with my own dog, play tug, and fetch with toys at home to your dogs content! I am always mindful of the temperature because I don’t want your dog or my own to overheat!

Pet care experience
My dog and I work from home all day and we'd love your pup to come hang out with us! I did my PhD at Johns Hopkins and now work as a remote tech professional. I have a 5-year-old lab/shepherd mix. I have babysat and fostered dogs of all shapes and sizes, including dogs with special needs. I'm the girl who takes better care of her dog than myself. I'm talkin' three 45+ minute walks a day, human-grade dog food with special toppings, and only positive reinforcement. I know how special your fur baby is and I know it can be scary to trust someone else with them--trust me, I've been there. I would treat them the exact same way I treat my own dog--with attention, care, respect, and lots of love. Your dog will be supervised at all times in a large 3BR condo with large living spaces, plenty of toys and places to lounge. Oh--and a goofy furry friend named Trevor!
Reviews

Shipra was an attentive and communicative sitter who went above and beyond in caring for our pet. She sent us frequent updates by text, photos, and videos. She took our dog on long walks to big parks which guaranteed our pup was returned to us happy and tired.

Excellent sitter! Good at making my dog feel at home and great with updates and super flexible which is always appreciated!

Shipra was fantastic! I knew our dog was in good hands and she was very communicative. She even made special ice treats on the really hot days. Highly recommend!

Bella had a wonderful time. Shipra made us feel completely relaxed about leaving our baby behind. Shipra gave us lots of updates, photos and videos. So thankful. Will come again.
