I'm Shimone and I am currently living in Dublin 01. I've always lived with cats as my mum is a cat lover, and I’ve grown up caring for them, cuddling them, and learning to understand their unique personalities. I already cat-sat with Cat in a Flat while I was living in Brighton (UK) for three years, and I had a wonderful experience. I looked after cats of all ages – from playful kittens to elderly cats who just wanted some gentle company and a warm lap. I'm happy to feed your cat(s), clean their litter tray, give them playtime and cuddles if they’re the sociable type – or space and quiet if they’re a bit more shy. I can also give medication if needed, and I’ll always make sure to keep you updated with photos and messages during each visit so you feel totally at ease. I’m reliable, respectful of your home, and I take pet care seriously. I'm also happy to water plants, bring in post or help with small things around the house while you're away. Shimone and her boyfriend took very gentle care of my three rescue cats, even going to the trouble of searching for the hiding spot of the most anxious one to make sure she was ok. They were very relaxed when I arrived.
Shimone cat sat for us over the Christmas break and she was a pleasure to deal with. She sent regular updates and even helped out with some extra tasks. I felt confident that my two cats were in good hands and wouldn’t hesitate to book her again. Would highly recommend! 😊
Muy cariñosa y atentanta, me salvó conocerla por que entre mudanzas y otras problemáticas tuve que dejar a mi gato unos meses en casa de acogida. Eternamente agradecida a shimone por tratar y cuidar a mi bebito como si fuera suyo. Recomiendo 100%
Recomiendo mucho a Shimone como cuidadora de mascotas. ¡Ha cuidado a mis tres gatos con frecuencia mientras yo me voy de vacaciones semanales! Vuelvo con tres gatos felices que siempre reaccionan con cariño cuando la ven.
Shimone kept my cat fed and happy and also saved my kitchen when the fridge started to defrost!
Shimone was fantastic - she was helpful in her communication and was able to visit us with short notice before the weekend we were away. She sent us regular updates and was very reassuring. We would be very happy to have Shimone look after our cats again.

Schedule
I currently work from home from 8:30 to 5:00, which allows me to take care of your pets in the morning, afternoon, or on weekends. I’m quite flexible with my schedule.
