Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Shiloh as a pet sitter. We booked her for a 3-night house stay to watch our 1-year-old dog. Shiloh arrived at our house 3 hours after we left for the airport, which was 4 hours and 20 minutes after our reservation began. Shiloh agreed to take our dog on at least 4 walks per day, as he does not typically poop in our backyard and he’s a high-energy working dog. It does not seem as though our dog was taken on many walks for a number of reasons. First, we picked up 6 piles of poop in our backyard upon our return. Second, we have at least 5 poop stains on our carpet (main floor and upstairs) and at least 2 pee stains. I say “at least” because while steam-cleaning our carpet, we continue to find additional stains. The smell is still overwhelming two days later, and we have had our windows open since our return to try to air out the house. Third, we have a Ring camera and a backyard bird camera. Our cameras rarely captured Shiloh taking our dog outside, which suggests walks were significantly less frequent than agreed upon. We also asked for consistent updates and pictures throughout our trip. This request was shared during our meet-and-greet and again via message on our first and second days away. Shiloh did not deliver consistent pictures or updates. She sent one photo the first day (after asking), and then three photos at the same time when we asked on the second day. No additional pictures or proactive updates were shared. Our messages sometimes took hours to receive a response. When I messaged at one point to ask how things were going, the only reply was “things are going good.” I would disagree with that response given the state of our house upon our return. If a dog has an accident (or multiple accidents) in a house while being watched, those updates should be shared immediately with the owner. Given the lack of updates and what we returned home to, we do not feel confident that our dog received the care and attention we agreed upon.

This is the second time that Shiloh has watched Reba and we would use her again!

Shiloh was very responsive to my text and phone calls. Frankie and Charlie seemed to be well cared for in our absence. I would recommend using her.

Shiloh was great! My dogs absolutely loved her and got plenty of play time! It was wonderful to come home to clean home and happy doggos after a week!! Would recommend and will definitely use again!
