I do not currently have a pet of my own so it will just be your dog/dogs with me and my family. I am willing to host puppies as well. If your pet is a puppy still being trained I will only accept the one. I have a limit of two dogs per household, and will host only one household at a time. I will keep whatever walk and feeding schedule your pup has and ask to be notified of any dietary restrictions regarding treats. Pups are welcome on the couch!! We just love animals especially dogs. I wash bowls, bedding, toys, and the like between my pup guests so there are no lingering smells or bacteria or anything unseemly present. I just can’t wait to dote on my K-9 guests!!

Information Shiloh B. would like to know about your pet
Any dietary restrictions, physical limitations, fears, or aversions to other dogs is essential information to providing the best care possible for your pup. While I will not have other animals in my home my neighborhood is very dog friendly and your dog is guaranteed to see other dogs. I always make sure to cross the street or take another road just because one never knows how dogs will react to one another. But knowing what to expect from your pet helps me to make their experience as happy as possible.
A typical day
We are a pretty relaxed bunch, but weather permitting we walk the neighborhood every morning and evening with shorter walks for bathroom breaks during the day. For pups with more energy we break out a ball or two to play with downstairs, and the kids are always up for a friendly game of chase.

Spoiling dogs ONE home at a time!!
Pet care experience
Hi all, I want to welcome your pups into my home one household’s worth at a time!! Even the best of dogs are individuals and they do not always get on with each other. I do not currently have a pet of my own but my kids love pets as much as I do and can’t wait to spoil yours. I have a lifetime of experience with animals. I also hold a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science. I grew up on a farm with all kinds of animals (I have some photos posted showing me raising and showing many species). As such I grew up with the most tenacious of working breeds. I got my first puppy at 4-5 years old and it was an Australian Cattle dog or a Blue Heeler for short. It joined our dog family of an aged Chow Chow and a young Border Collie. That was just the beginning, we went on to have more Heelers, Collies, Beagle mix, and Great Pyrenees. My Nana bred Rough Collies, think Lassie. I am used to dogs with big attitudes and personalities, hallmarks of working and guarding breeds. I took a break from pet ownership waiting for life to settle down. Now that I’m in my own home I would love to spoil your pups, one at a time. I am willing to watch more than one at a time only if they are housemates. New environments are stressful for animals and I want to dote on your pups giving them the best time possible while you are on your own vacation. I am a stay at home mom right now so your pup will have near constant companionship, only alone long enough for me to go to the grocery store. I can crate if they are accustomed to crating or they can sleep in my living room. Pups are welcome on the couch. I live in a very pet family neighborhood with green space for nice walks. Your dog must be child friendly. I can keep any feeding or walking schedule no problem. Please let me know of any dietary restrictions regarding treats, and what their bathroom cues are. We can’t wait to welcome your pup into our home!!
Reviews

This my first time leaving my pup alone and Shiloh made me feel so comfortable! It was so nice to have a peace of mind while on vacation that my dog was in capable hands! Shiloh has great experience with many dog breeds and gave me great tips and care instructions for my girl!

She was very helpful and I was very impressed by her.

Shiloh was great with Reggie and was very responsive. Bonus points for watching him over the Christmas holiday.

It was the first time we left our dog since having him. He clearly has some separation anxiety and was acting extra anxious, but Shiloh had great patience and took great care of him anyway.
