Dog Papa welcoming new friends
Great news - this dog papa in training finally graduated since I recently adopted a mini cockapoo and his name is Cotton. We welcome any fur friends to spend a night or two with Cotton. Book me if you would like to rest assure while away, knowing that your baby will have a safe, relaxed, and somewhat luxury boarding experience including but not limited to a closet of dog snacks, enrichment toys, dog park trips, bathing/grooming, etc. To ensure the level of high quality, I take only one puppy per night (occasionally two if they are on the smaller side).

Shihong did an amazing job watching my yorkie Lovey on short notice. He was very patient and loving with her holding her when needed to comfort as she has separation anxiety. I highly recommend him

We were passing through town and needed daycare for our chihuahua. Shihong took Peanut on short notice, picked her up to take her on a walk around the block with his dog, Cotton, and reported back that things were going well! Peanut had a couple accidents in the house and he was unfazed. He was diligent about socializing her to his dog and by the end of the day they were snuggled in the crate together. Wish we could bring Peanut to Shihong every day! Highly recommend.
We had an amazing experience with our Rover pet sitter! They were incredibly attentive, providing daily pictures and status updates, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. They handled any issues that arose with care and professionalism, always reaching out for advice when needed to ensure our two pups were comfortable. It was clear that they genuinely cared about our dogs' well-being. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate pet sitter!
Shihong took excellent care of our dog while we were away for a week. He sent photos and videos of her daily, and checked in with me about anything that seemed unusual with her. He was responsible and caring, and pampered our dog so she was very comfortable with him. I highly recommend Shihong and will definitely be asking him to watch or dog again in the future.

Schedule
I work part time from home. During semesters, I normally get home early afternoon from Monday to Thursday and stay home all day from Friday to Sunday.

Safety, trust & environment
I live in an apartment which unfortunately doesn’t allow large size dogs. Crate training is ideal since having them in a crate for a while at the very beginning might be very useful to soothe their anxiety or stress when they are separated from you or exposed to a new environment. However, whether to keep your baby in a crate is totally your informed decision and preference. In addition, please let me know if there are things I need to know, e.g., any preferences regarding diets, allergies, medical history, routine activities, potty breaks, etc. No page or word limit, and I will try my best to adapt for them.

A typical day
I play enrichment games/toys with your dog(s), which can stimulate their brain development and improve their mental stability. In addition, if allowed, I can assist with their socialization progress by exposing them to new individuals/pets/cars/door bells with positive reinforcement learning. Moreover, this apartment has elevators, which are quite friendly to senior dogs or breeds inclined to develop joint issues. I can also provide essential joint/GI/vitamin supplements/dental treats/paw or nose balm upon your approval or request. If you have any customized preference, simply let me know and I will try my best to make it happen.
