When I meet with family, questions are answered in order to arrange the best schedule for you and your pet. Currently pet sitting is my full-time position, which allows flexibility to keep your fur baby as close to their usual schedule.

Ongoing communication, learning about each individual animals personality, likes and dislikes, and any medical concerns are important to make sure your pet is getting the best care and you have piece of mind while you're away.

A typical day
Every pet has their own personality, I like to find out what your pet enjoys and provide activities based on their likes. A senior dog may just enjoy sitting on my lap outside, while a younger and more active dog may enjoy a walk in a new environment with new smells to sniff! Some dogs play fetch for long periods of time, while others would rather chew a bone with little activity. Some cats enjoy a lot of physical contact, while others may just want someone near by while they look out the window. All animals need activity, based on their abilities. I make sure all pets are getting the love, affection and activity that they require.

Sheryl did a great job for us for a last minute trip. She took good care of my cats and left everything just as it should be. We haven’t met in person yet because this was so last minute but she was a delight to speak with on the phone and did a FaceTime visit with me so I could show her around and how to take care of my cats. We will definitely use her again. She has also sat for my Granddog Jax and they loved her as well. She is loving and attentive with the animals.
Sheryl was amazing! It was the first time I left Josie for this long in my home with someone else. Sheryl kept me constantly updated. With each message, I felt more and more confident that she was taking excellent care of my pups. She has a rare combination of professionalism, compassion and loving attention that you would hope to find in a sitter for your fur baby. She left my home and yard spotless and my dogs happy! I know they’ll miss her and I would definitely book with her again!
